Tyvola Centre Apartments

I can honestly say that my experience living here in Tyvola Centre has been peaceful and stress free. The maintenance staff truly addresses your concerns, and the leasing staff really listens and works with you; when concerns may come up.

Good water pressure, the pool is well kept, trash and recycling, a little noisy with the thin walls but overall a great place to live!

I like the community and my apartment. Their a little pricey for the living space but the amenities make up for it. I had a lot of maintenance issues when I first moved in but the staff worked promptly and it was home in 4 days. Convenient to everything (airport, uptown, hangouts). I have a vehicle and I still take the bus. I would recommend these apartments for a starting point but not long term.

Me and my few friends had very bad experience in this apartments. There were many robberies happened we have given the complaints to management they even don't care about residents safety and security. I feel this is one of the worst apartment I never and ever seen in Charlotte. I don't want to give even single star for this but if I would not give single star "post" option is disabled to write my comments. Even few staff members they even don't know how to talk politely. IT IS VERY BAD.

A very nice apartment, quiet and safe. I lived in three different apartments, and this one is the best in terms of the price range. The stuffs are very friend, especially Stephen, a really nice guy! Will definitely recommend to my friends!

If you plan on moving here for the pool amenity, DON'T!! Each year the resort style pool becomes less and less accessible to paying lease holders. There is no form of security or security cameras to help keep people from trespassing and vandalizing the pool and we all have to lose our privileges based on this. Other than that, its an alright place to live with good location and reasonable prices.

Every year there are problems using the pool and the staff seems aggravated whenever we ask when it will reopen or why it's closed in the first place. An amenity we pay for every month and right across the street is a sister community and their pool is always in working order. It does not take all day to add some water to the pool.

Very poor Customer service. I won't recommend anyone moving to Tyvola Center. Check around other neighboring community. Here they only talk but don't deliver any proper customer service. I takes them days to even respond emergency work orders. Some work orders they will bluntly deny.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with a leasing agent or property anywhere!!! Stephen is phenomenal and without a doubt one of main reasons I picked Tyvola Centre Apartments as my new home. From the minute we called him on a whim to set up an last minute visit/walk through to move in day he's gone above an beyond, been patient, flexible, encouraging and really fun to work with. Stephen was the tie breaker for us when it came down to Ansley Falls and Tyvola Centre Apartments. Customer service is a BIG deal to me when picking a home and Stephen nailed it. Case o f the curious letter-If you cannot be responsible at least be polite. Basically the leasing office staff treat the residents as Trash and are rude as much as they can. I will provide very simple example: A letter was delivered by USPS to my apartment mailbox by mistake , so handed over the letter to leasing office and was told they would… call the owner of the letter.Today received call from the owner of the letter stating they dint have the letter.So when we asked the leasing office staff about the letter they first denied getting letter and disconnected the call, when we both parties

Brittney was amazing. She was very professional and made my tour of the property very informative and enjoyable. She made the application process simple and remained in contact through the entire application process.

We just renewed our lease because we really love it here. We moved here from another state and the staff is amazing. If you have a maintenance issue, the team is on it and everyone treats you like a friend. The property is very pretty and well maintained. Best is the community events that brings all the neighbors together! It's a great community!

Such a beautiful property. We had great time living here. The best part is location. Walmart, Costco, Panera, publix everything within 2 miles. Maintenance
is awesome. They were always very respectful and ready to help. I must say the management is the best one I have seen so far living after in different states. They always throw parties to bring the community together. They celebrate Christmas to holi, pizza and drinks, ice cream and much more. Neighbors were so friendly. Lots of parking space, beautiful and modern apartments, beautiful shaded walking paths outside the property. Oh, I miss this

I’ve lived at Tyvola Centre for about a year now. This is by far my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in. It’s a great location, the apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are great. My dog loves the dog park and pulls me toward it every time we go on a walk. The upkeep of the buildings and landscaping is better than I’ve ever seen.

I’ve lived here almost a year now. The staff is absolutely incredible! They speak to you when they pass by, they know you by name, and they go out of their way to make your experience at the apartment complex the best it could be.
Maintenance is super responsive and incredibly friendly! They have pretty cool community events too! I’ve made some… great friends in the neighborhood who we can lay out by the pool and enjoy the community pretty frequently.
When looking for an apartment, I didn’t expect to find a place so nice, with such food people as I have here.

The worst experience ever. We stayed for more than 3 years and we ended up paying money for almost every wear and tear. They are expecting to return the apartment like new after 3 years also.
Read reviews before you choose tyvola.

Location is great, but you have other communities also near by. Tyvola management will welcome you with a smile when you sign the lease, loot you like anything when you move out.
Have a word with the residents at tyvola before you move in , also go through the reviews before you choose tyvola.

Welcome to Tyvola Apartments!!! Hope this time it will break its previous record on the number of days to clean up the trash, its been a week and counting. Keep up the pile work and welcome more raccoons.
And of-course yeah they charge $10 for trash separately per resident each month.

Trash was cleared the next day and we were told that they are working with the contracted company to resolve this issue and piled up trash has been cleared at their own expense. Increased my rating from one to three stars.

Lovely place to live in.....a bit expensive but considering the facilities Tyvola has like the spacious apartments, little Car wash area, children's play area, tennis court, the super prompt maintenance services, & most importantly the very friendly and always ready to assist staff ....it's worth the price
