They sent an offer to buy my home. Offer was accepted and the next day casually backed out of the offer like it was no big deal. If your buyers are not serious in a competitive market where there were several other offers that got rejected, don't go around wasting people's time. Thankfully my other bidders will have a second chance but I'll never work with this firm's realtors or take any of their offers seriously. If you get an offer from these realtors, now you know what can happen to you. It feels like their buyers are just window shopping and making offers without the real intent or commitment
