Ive been living here for a little over 2 years about a year ago they started this trash valet service and the company they work with for this service never comes to pick up the trash so you have trash stacked up outside your door for weeks before they decided if they are going to pick it up. And when you call the office they provide you with the number to call them to company.. i dont have a contract with them. We are being charged 40 dollars to take our own garbage to the trash can. And no option to opt out of the valet service they we only get every once in a while.

Very unprofessional! Never answer the phone ! My air was cut off practically all summer before someone came to fix it ! My air then got fixed then my heat has been cut off ! It’s way to cold out to be having these types of problems and we pay way to much rent ! Wouldn’t recommend leasing here at all ! Way to expensive for poor quality, run fast away !

I did like it although they said we would have washer and dryer hook ups in the tour online also it said we would have marble counters and white cabinets also left bits of trash in the dish washer the cleaners did not come was a spider in the sink mirrors was dirty we had arguing neighbors fighting and hitting people with cars gunshots people doing fireworks at 11:00 in the night gnats roaches water damage neighbors jumping over our heads yelling but it was dirty places you put food dirty but i still give it a five star it is a good memory i'd spend life here till i die it is a internet issue but

I walked to 4 different buildings 3 of them washers are broken and when I called the office they said I’m supposed to call the washing machine companies so they can fix it. As if it’s not their job to do that. Overpriced. They’re always flooded when it rains. They don’t seem to care about tenants only about money.

I have been here for three years now and absolutely hate it here. Maintenance does not come, appliance is cheap and falling apart. Water pressure in the kitchen sink has been down for a year now. Can no longer get through to the office when trying to get in touch. Desiree completely messed account up. No one in the office is on the same page. I’m anxiously waiting my move out dat. Does not recommend

Moved into this complex in 11/2019. On the day of my schedules move in, there was a 1-person cleaning crew in my apartment. The previous tenant had left a complete mess. Not sure why management waited til my move in day to have my unit cleaned. This forces me to reschedule my movers. There were several items that I requested be replaced, and every time I was told that they were out of stock. How in the hell do you manage a complex with no extra materials? They always have new people in the office. Damon has been the only one there during the duration of my lease. Good luck trying to get them to

DO NOT MOVE IN !!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY !!! Maintenance is the worst it’s hard to even get them to fix something and when they do it’s half way done. They have come to work on my sink twice and puddles of water still leak onto my kitchen floor. These apartments are unsympathetic to the pandemic and will continuously tack on late fees regardless of the nature of your situation. management is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in any apartments I have ever lived in. Will not be renewing my lease and highly recommended that no one signs a lease here. THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!! Please reconsider

I loved my apartment! Maintenance was always on it! If there was an issue is was fixed promptly! They took a chance with me even though I had an eviction on my record. The washer and dryer set up is pretty cool. My studio loft was perfect for me. Awesome closet space , and anyone who visited were impressed by how open the space was. Neighborhood was quiet, and the grounds were always kept clean and presentable.

This place is a joke, been here for 2 years and changed a rule halfway through my lease. added on a whole extra month rent they say im REQUIRED to pay even though im leaving on the 30th! Went to try and resolve in office property manager wouldn't even come out and explain or try and help my situation. Place has went downhill since new management,… place has bugs and forget about getting maintenance to fix any request still waiting a year later! Turn around and look else where when searching for a place go somewhere they care about residents needs and concerns!

The apartments are beautiful... the staff are very nice however..... they seem very unorganized from them messing up and putting me in a one bedroom when I requested a 2 bedroom... I called to check in make Sure everything was ready to be told they are not sure and that no one knows anything about this move in...😅😅 not to mention I already paid… $150 dollars..and now I am left empty handed..smh I understand covid is going on but this here is beyond me.. I see all the good reviews I just wish that I could have had a great experience myself..good luck to future residents..

This apartment complex was the worst apartments that I have ever lived in, also to make it clear I was never late on my rent even though this pandemic situation. First 3 months of moving in was not being charged for any water or sewage, because of the apartment complex was changing water companies. Was told by previous employees that I would not have to make any payments or any additional cost by because they had decided to change companies. In the middle of the pandemic was hit with 150 dollars bill and was told I had to pay it off by 10 days with a late fee already added to it which made it 175

I just got moved in and I absolutely LOVE my apartment!!! The entire process from applying to moving in has been a breeze. Desiree answered all my questions and was very helpful since the first day I reached out for more info. She is very friendly and caring. And made sure to take care of all of our needs so I definitely felt at home. I would highly recommend Astoria Park and look forward to being a part of this community!!

We have lived at Astoria Park for a year. We just resigned another year lease. Astoria Park is a quiet and comfortable place to live. The office staff and maintenance is amazing. Desiree the Assistant Property Manager, Damon (leasing agent), Rodney (maintenance manager), and James (maintenance associate) are ALL fantastic! All of these individuals are the main reason we decided to resign another year lease. If you are looking for a great place to call home, check out Astoria Park Apartments. You will be glad you did!
