Our stunning westside Indianapolis apartments offer private patios/balconies and walk-in closets. Select Indianapolis apartments have wood-burning fireplaces, breakfast bars and walk through kitchens. Washers/dryers in all 2- and 3-bedroom homes and private entries in all townhomes. Pet friendly community with swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center and boating/fishing lake.
Services
Pet policy: $200 one time non-refundable fee per pet, with a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Worst apartment experience ever. After leaving this overpriced, grossly outdated and unkempt, litter and crime-ridden place as quickly as I could when my lease was up, it took a full two weeks for me to be able to get in touch with someone at the office to turn in my keys! Then I received a collection (with no prior communication from Pebble Point) for $269. When I contacted the office at Pebble Point the person who answered agreed the charge was odd, and said a manager would call me back, they never did, and now this random collection has been put on my credit history! Do NOT recommend! These people NEVER answer the phone! I’ve called 47 times in the last hour and no one even tries to pick up. I contacted via email about possibly moving in , in NOVEMBER & Latreace is extremely rude! She didn’t even TRY to help me. I was asking about moving in November & she sent me away with only saying “ we don’t have any availability, best regards” how can she know this far in advance? She’s not even trying! Only gave a one star bc I couldn’t put 0! Take your business to someone more accommodating and someone that will try to get you in or at least give you the

I lived here for a year and it was horrible. Our townhome had mold, we told them we were moving and wrote a notice they said they lost it. We didn't get our deposit back and had to pay back money to them?? Anyway I liked the amenities, the convinces to places, and the space inside but I don't recommend living here

I've love living at pebble point apartments. Any problem that I've had maintenance has taken care of it within a day or two which is amazing considering some places they will simply ignore you for weeks. The ladies in the front office are always super helpful and always nice. And as a bonus there is always something that seems to be going on in the community to engage with the guest like random giveaways and bingo games. If your looking for a new place I definitely recommend pebble point.

Lived here for two years and am getting ready to move out. Things have gone downhill in the time I've been here. First of all, the walls are thin and so you can hear the neighbors and when they walk it sounds like they are right above you. My first set of neighbors were terrible and loud and would start playing loud music late at night. Once they moved out, it got a bit better but thin walls make life hard. In the time I've lived here, office staff has changed 3 times. The gym equipment is older and not everything works. I asked if they planned to do any upgrades and was told the only

The office staff is amazing! So personable and understanding. Our place is spacious, quiet and convenenientally located. Only thing I dislike about my townhome are the cabinets, they are old and outdated- HOWEVER, everything else has me sold. It was so easy to make this place feel like home and I couldn't do that without the office staff for sure! I definitely recommend. The staff and property managers should be commended to how quickly they responded to the COVID19 situation and how effortless they made the process to seek help. 4 out of 5!!!

Fairly new resident to Pebble Point Apartments but so far I would definitely recommend. Its a small but nice community and the office staff is extremely sweet and accomodating. Maintainence has always responded promptly when I had any problem/concern. I really enjoy Pebble Point...so glad to call it home

I cannot wait to move from this run down place. No one answeres the phone. Washer machine has been broken for three weeks now. People speeding almost hit me and my baby while walking. Pot holes everywhere, playground unsafe. And when you do make a complaint they call back giving excuse after excuse as to why everything keeps falling apart or you have to wait. How do you add a pest control fee when no one comes in to fix the spider and ant issue? Overcharging for a basic, broke down place. Asked to get the vents cleaned since they didn't do the proper expection before the move in, was told to do

By far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Their ability to hold their word on maintainance repairs, communication with office staff, and keeping their end of verbal agreements/contracts.
The old property manager and staff member were definitely better than the current property manager, Jessica, and staff member. I was by far one of the easiest tenants, no issues.
Renters beware when checking them out. Everything is not what it seems. Be prepared for your apartment to consistently be infected with ants and mold in the windows, them saying they're doing something about

The staff has been very attentive to our needs. Amber has been great! Every time that I’ve had a service request, she has made sure that it is taken care of immediately. When I have important mail delivered to the office, she always knows exactly where my packages are and makes sure I get them right away!
The maintenance/ grounds crew is always on top of things (i.e. cleaning up trash, changing exterior lighting, putting salt down before snow, and shoveling sidewalks, etc.).

OVERALL: 3.5 stars For the area, this is a pretty good deal.

LOCATION: 5/5 The location is in a nice offset location, close to gas, groceries, restaurants (main street speedway is fantastic!), highways, and it is easy to get to the center of Indy. For anyone concerned, yes we are close to the speedway but the noises from it are not very distracting and the noises from the highway are very minimal. The property is maintained pretty well; lots of easy trash receptacles (no recycling). Also, this is a very dog-prominent place and they are doing a lot to make the premises look better too!

I do not recommend this place the current manage Rebecca needs to be fired. They don't solve anything. Moved in and my a/c wasn't working for 5 days, in the winter time my heat was not working. I had to light the fire place and have a space heater down stairs in order to survive. The a/c didn't blow through the vents at all in my sons room they told me that's the way their were build and their old so I dealt with that the whole summer. The washer and dryer broke several times, the crew even left the old one in my backyard smh. Major ant problem both side of my neighbors also

I have lived here for a year and the only reason I am moving is a new job opportunity! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced complex with a great atmosphere! The office staff is extremely helpful and very friendly! Responds fast to emails and calls and is also available in the office at very convenient times! The maintenance staff is extremely fast at getting the issue at hand resolved in a timely manner! The grounds are well kept and everyone in my building was extremely friendly and welcoming! Overall a great community!

I lived at Pebble Point with my wife for about 19 months. For me the experience was fantastic. This is a cheaper, budget apartment that allows pets, whit may deter some people, but honestly there is nowhere else I would have rather lived during my time in Indianapolis. The property is located near one of the only lakes in the city, and our room had a great view.
The office and maintenance staff are both top notch. I never had a single problem dealing with the office staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and helpful when I came to them with any issues. RENTERS...follow the rules you agreed

Words cannot describe how horrible this place is. I have been here 3 years and canNOT wait to get the hello kitty out of here. When I first moved here back in 2012, it was a nice place. Quiet and the grounds were kept up. Slowly that turned to crap. The manager at the time, Jeri, turned out to be a real non-people person, to say the least. Her attitude got so awful, I had to go to HER manager and complain. I mean, what kind of person screams at her tenants over the phone for asking a question or refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls when her tenants have problems. And maintenance is

My favorite apartment complex. They are cheap and safe. I felt at home when I lived there. Jackie was the manger and she was the best. Too bad I had to change states. Till this day I always look for a place as homey and cozy as pebble point.

Lived here four months. mildly disappointed. in this short time we have had several maintenance issues. including our washing machine breaking which took THREE weeks to get fixed. they have an online payment option for rent which automatically takes the money out of your account which would be cool except when we used it they said we didn't pay rent. rent is due on the first, we didnt even get a notification that "we hadnt paid" until the fifth. even though we had a receipt for the payment. which was paid early i might add. when we called to sort out the issue the office lady was
