Oh God where to start. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever seen.
1. They can’t keep up with the trash compactor and it overflows to the point that residents are dumping on the streets, yet they’ll fine you for doing so, while simultaneously charging you for the trash “service” you can’t even use.
2. The neighbors are disgusting, dirty, and rowdy, they’re loud and argue out in the open. And ironically they’ll file a noise complaint on you for breathing. People park wherever they want without parking permits and allow their friends to park wherever they please.

I’m NOT a big fan of the Apartment complex and how it’s ran. I will say that the new Head of Maintenance Gregg Wallace is really turning this place around! He answered my maintenance request in less than 24 hours! He introduced himself and was very pleasant and efficient! You can definitely see a difference since he has started!

I feel very cheated out of money when I did everything right. I had to request to move from one apartment because someone flooded it. I am finally a homeowner and after requesting every fee that was going to be required, I received another fee of 604.99 for carpet replacement. This carpet was not new when I moved in! I specifically asked if there… would be any other fees and I was told all of the fees. This additional one is not one of the original fees. I do hope they adjust this. This is not right. I made sure I cleaned everything before I moved out. If this is how good humans get treated

This is hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at. They brought in a contractor to work on flashing on the outside of my apartment from damage that occurred while the prior tenant was living there. That contractor caused damage to the inside of my apartment. I came home to busted drywall all over my apartment floor. I called maintenance immediately and they showed up in good timing being that it was after hours, but the picked up the large pieces with their hands and left over half of the real mess for me to clean up myself. They stated they would have it repaired. About 3 weeks

I've been living here since June, 2018 and I love it! The ladies in the office have been awesome to work with and I can't say enough good things about the Maintenance crew. They are responsive and professional and have always taken care of any request I've had in a timely manner! Only drawback is only one dumpster for the entire complex. Thanks so much!

They cheat you out of your money! Do research on them first! Did not tell us we had to give a 60 day notice and had to pay an extra $500 because of this and now they are charging us to replace the carpet in which they did not tell us about when signing the lease! This is costing us another $400! I just bought a house and having car trouble!! They… only get want your money!! Do not lease here! Now i can say that the people at the leasing office are as helpful as they can be! They are nice and they show they care when stuff comes up. But they need to be more. Pacific when explaining things

When I moved in, none of the blinders worked and the dishwasher trays had been completely rusted away.
I had to spend 3 months emailing and calling them so that they replaced the tray with a less rusted one.
I Still have issues with my bedroom blinder after 8 months. I just gave up. The resident has no power to complain while they charge residents for any banal excuse. I was charged 75$ for not having thrown a box away and putting it at the door of the apartment for one day. During the lock down , I was charged 150$ for one-day delay in paying my rent. It was in the middle of lock down and I

I am blessed to be part of an awesome family with Riverchase Apartments where I can honestly say this is HOME. To be treated with respect, care, compassion, support and trust is very rare, but hats off and kudos to the awesome office staff-Angel, Tommie ,Maggie, Kevin with maintenance truly are a cut ABOVE the rest! I would have enjoyed staying at this apartment complex more if I was aware that they’d try to charge me 2 months the rent before moving out. I recently found out through a lawyer that I could have moved out without having to pay them the 2 months rent since I signed the lease through with a different company that owned Riverchase at the time.
Whoever lives here make sure you let them know 60 days in advanced IN WRITING that you are moving out. I don’t want anyone going through the same thing that I did.

On SuperBowl night, I was invited to friend's party at Riverchase. However I was parking in wrong spot. This apt Riverchase towed my car right away without a warning. I had to get residents who live there to take me to tow place to get my car back. It costs me $150. I decided to talk with landlord and even supervisor. I asked them why can't this apartment have security guy to post warning tag on my car instead tow my car like other apt do this way? They kept saying "I'm sorry. It is our policy." Well, here's my review: A GIANT THUMB DOWN!
