As a Licensed Associate Counselor, trained in Structural Dissociation and an approved EMDR provider, I have personal and professional experience working with complex trauma and dissociative processes. I've learned that the past so often dictates our future distress, action, and inaction if we let it.
This isn't a group for just troubled teens, it's for everyone. For about the same price as you can sign them up for a sports team you can help them learn social skills and confidence! The digital world has made it hard for kids to learn how to communicate in real time, in real life. They need to learn these skills so they feel confident when it's time to get out there!
