Services
Evolve Counseling & Behavioral Health Services offers telehealth (online video or telephone) sessions for adults, teens, children, couples, and families. In our best efforts to assist everyone in caring for both their mental and physical health during this difficult time, Evolve Counseling offers counseling sessions that can take place in the safety of your home through a HIPAA compliant video or telephone format.
Group size: Space is limited to six families (individual parent or couple) per group in order to ensure participants are provided time for questions and answers.
What you can expect: Parenting Evolved is a five-week course that consists of five 90 minute weekly group classes in which Elizabeth and Michael provide an understanding of various parenting styles, changes in the brain during development, tangible ways to strengthen your relationship with your kid, effective methods to increase compliance and successfully modify behaviors.The program also includes six individual coaching calls.

Group size: Space is limited to 10 girls to ensure members are given adequate time and attention. What you can expect: Girls Empowered is an 8-week group that aims to increase self-confidence and positive self-talk in high school aged girls. Girls Empowered will provide a comprehensive look at self-esteem by supplying psychoeducation as well as helpful tools members can apply outside of session to build self-esteem in day-to-day life.
Evolve Counseling provides a variety of adult counseling services, including individual and couples counseling. Our providers are all trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other various therapeutic modalities that are effective for treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment, grief and loss, life transitions, and personal improvement (including motivation & self-esteem).
Evolve Counseling provides counseling services specific to the needs of teens and adolescents. All of our providers have worked with teens for multiple years and have been trained in various therapeutic modalities that are proven effective with this population, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more.

Save your money, try to find a therapist who doesn't just want to capitalize off the necessity of mental health services. This office refused to work with my children who have County funds readily available for past trauma. I offered to pay additional out of pocket and they still scoffed at getting paid anything less than $150/hr. Do YOU make anywhere near $150/hr? Let's end getting rich off people in desperation. Guys, these are not even Ph.D. level therapists. And they clearly have no compassion/sliding scale/desire to help a single mother who is trying to help her kids come out better than their

I came across Evolve Counseling when I was going through a rough patch. From the start, the staff was kind and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient with my schedule. My sessions were exactly what I needed, someone to listen and help me with coping strategies to get me through such a difficult time. Looking back on it now I do not know how I would have got to where I am now without the support and would recommend Evolve Counseling to anyone.

2 hour notice before you see my daughter? Or you wont see her ? You were clearly informed I the father live out of state over a week ago. The paperwork was suppose to be sent over a week ago , yet you wont see her until my end is done completed? I have a job just like you all do I did not get a covid break and work 6 day weeks. For what you charge to see people I would think you would be on point. Total disapointment from a father that was in hope your people could help my family member. We will be finding somewhere else to take them as your not organized well enough to avoid such a issue as this
