LuAnn has helped me so much with so any issues in my life. Teaching coping skills through the DBT program and helping me to stay out of my story’s I get my self into. She has also helped me to learn how to stop shaming myself and be ok where I am as I move forward in life. This is a process of learning new things each day and a journey that I know is helping me.

LuAnn helped me through an impossible situation for which I will be eternally grateful! I won't share the details here, but I will say that I was crippled with so much emptiness and depression that I neglected myself and wasn't emotionally available for my children. It was a very dark time for all of us. I feel very blessed to have been led to LuAnn.
