I had a 60-minute massage and asked for medium pressure. The beginning of the massage was good. However, towards the end of the massage, my therapist moved my underwear to expose more of my butt which I was extremely uncomfortable with. I moved my underwear back to the best of my ability, but I still felt uncomfortable for the rest of the massage. I have had massages at other places before, and this has never happened. I hope that you will correct this for future customers.

We visited here during a brief stay in San Diego for a couples massage. The spa was easy to find, the service was excellent, and the massages were amazing. Lilly did an awesome job, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Overall a great experience, and we'll definitely visit again when we are back in San Diego.

First of all, i was amazed that this place had appointments on a Sunday! My experience was great…. Starting from the front desk, they always say that your experience starts from that point and on. The process booking this was easy, as also signing in. I got a couples massage, the room we were presented was very soothing, they let you choose what scent you want while they perform the massage. The ladies giving us the massages were great, very professional. My experience was great. I was also amazed in how affordable it is. I will definitely will be coming back again.

Holy divine cow! This place is absolutely on the ball and the highlight of my San Diego experience. I came here for a few days of work and after walking 5-10 miles a day and standing I’m so tense and sore! So we went and got a massage.
I feel amazing afterwards. Best massage I’ve ever had. The fireplace was a really nice touch too and even more relaxing. The aromatherapy was excellent as well and the music was basic chimes that is seemingly cues for their staff. Their staffs hands are on you for your entire paid session. I came here on a Wednesday and my sister and I had no problem getting an appointment. We even called because we were running late and they thankfully could accommodate us.
The ambiance is very relaxing and they were very professional. I got a Swedish massage which was nice and unique from other Swedish massages I've had before. Mandy spent time to stretch me and twist me to crack my back and joints. I feel like it was a Swedish-Thai fusion massage. It was nice and I felt relaxed so I didn't mind it, but don't expect a fully Swedish massage.

I loved how professional everything was, and the little perks that came with the massage. The options for aroma were great (free), having the hot rocks was a great addition ($5) and I appreciated having options for the level of pressure during the massage. The place was very clean and welcoming, with a very calm energy. I think it would be good to let the customer know that for a regular $60 massage, it doesn't include time on the feet. Or when someone asks for that or the couples massage, that they are made aware of an alternative option that does include the feet for the same price. But overall

I was visiting San Diego for the weekend and wanted to get a massage as my back was hurting me. I would have to say this is one of the best massages I've ever had! It makes me want to go visit San Diego just to get another massage! Masseuse was thorough. Helped with the tightness of my back and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely recommend Regen massage I have been getting massages for a very long time and this is absolutely the Best place, Lily focused on my areas that were hurting me so bad I also paid 5.00 extra for the hot stones which were amazing very clean and everyone was so sweet...the best part was it was definitely a full 1 hour

The receptionist was warm and friendly. Very accommodating. I got a couples message and my husband was very pleased with the staff as well. The place was clean and smelled good. The massage therapist were very good and worked out some of my kinks. The hot Stone therapy was great. Both my husband and I fell asleep is such a peaceful environment. I can't wait to go back to enjoy another massage and I would definitely recommend a friend.

After reading countless reviews on massage places in San Diego, I came across this place. It was fantastic, specifically Mandy was excellent. I'm not normally inclined to leave reviews but if you're looking for a quality massage at a pretty good price, go here. I will certainly be coming back as well as recommending others to come. $85 for a 60 minute full body and 30 minute foot massage, with a $25 tip. 5 stars, will return again!

As an out of stater, I spent all morning researching reputable places to gift a massage. I was really happy to come across Regan Massage. Since I am on the east coast, I had to wait a few hours for them to open. After spending time researching and waiting for them to be open, I called to schedule a massage only to find out they only take payment in person. There is NO option to pay over the phone or online. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by their establishment. Considering it's 2021, maybe they can reconsider their payment options and make their services more

We love coming here for a quick massage. This time we went for a couples massage and did the 90 minute option.’it was amazing. The room was large enough for us both plus the 2 massage therapists. It was very clean and cool, they offered essential oils and you are able to take your mask off during the massage. It’s nice & dark and quiet and a very affordable massage on a whim when you find you have a free hour. We recommend this place often!

I just had the *best* massage I've had in at least a decade. I asked for someone who can actually give a proper deep tissue massage. (I prefer a lot of pressure, and I emphasized that). Andy was my masseuse and he delivered exactly what I had asked for. I feel like a new person without all my back tension. I will most definitely be back! Thank you!

I wouldn't say it was horrible but I definitely wouldn't go back. Me and my boyfriend went for a couples massage for valentines and it was not relaxing at all. They talked majority of our massage and not quietly talked. The music was super low and you could hear everything happening outside the room. Along with that they didn't use oil until about half way through so it was really dry and kind of harsh in the beginning. Definitely nothing special at all and for the price not worth it. I've been here a handful of times over the last year and it has been good overall. I get to a point after a few months of working out that I can't sleep from all the knots in my back and they have always helped with that.

I was looking for a good massage. After to an hour and a half flight I always like to get a massage afterwards. This was nearby where I was staying. And someone recommended suggesting they did a good job. So I said let me give them a try.
The receptionist was really nice and knowledgeable. She was able to book me for a one hour massage. The massage overall was pretty good. The therapist was pretty strong which is great. I will definitely give her a four star rating. If I was in the area I would probably give them another try or I would probably look for someone else. It wasn't my favorite

My expert opinion: This was the best massage I had in the past 4 months, since the California lockdown from here to the East-coast back and forth. Regen Massage has a very clean and relaxing environment with professional services, which started even before I walked in. The front desk employee (Gabi) was friendly and accommodating with flexibility over the phone while making the reservation and then by person just as well. I needed deep tissue for my muscles and Jesse did a wonderful job with strong efforts for the whole time. Thank you, I'll be back for more!

Uncomfortable, dried out skin from latex burn, improper massage and disappointed how everything was handled by owner (Lynn or Linda). Winter can really dry your skin so having a massage person using latex gloves can be the most uncomfortable massage ever. I have gone to this place over 150 times ... stamp cards filled over and over again. No one has ever used latex gloves.
I left in the middle of the massage which offically began at 7:40pm to tell the receptionist and owner that I can't bear to stay longer cause the friction of the latex gloves and skin was uncomfortable burning my skin.

I wasn't expecting much when I booked my massage at Regen. The place is a bit tricky to find. You need to use the back entrance of this little strip mall and go around the building to find the door. I was pleasantly surprised. Super clean place, nicely decorated and it has an atmosphere of a spa.
Staff is very attentive and polite and the price is almost hard to believe. I recommend setting an appointment before you go. It doesn't seem that they have a lot of staff available.
If you are looking for a great place and unbeatable price you should check it out. We all deserve to pamper ourselves
