Ordered lunch from here and it was a nightmare! The delivery driver brought in receipts for three orders and it had no items on them and what they charged the cards for, so signing for a tip was a hassle. They forgot an order of chicken tenders and While eating my salad I notice the lettuce was brown and rotten at the bottom. My manicotti was extremely greasy and I order manicotti a lot so this was a surprise! I called to see what could be done about this and the only thing that could be done is, They wanted us to send all the items back and they would replace them. I was more than willing to send

I ordered 2 things, wings not fully cooked, skin not crunchy at all, no ranch. The “philly” steak sub had no onions I ordered fried ones, then the steak was a pre- molded ground beef? Almost 20 worth of food went in trash and I had tips those kids 3 dollars. I will never eat there again. If I live thru the raw chicken I just tried to eat!

The food was very good. We got a large "everything" pizza. Crisp crust, well cooked toppings. We finished the entire thing between the two of us. I didnt experience any of the "grease laden" comments I saw. My comments are service and atmosphere related. There was only one server so it took her a min to get to us. She was apologetic when she came and greeted us finally. As for the atmosphere, we had fun with the touch tunes machine , the arcade games were very nice , the old photos on the walls were fun to look at, but the place definitely needs some maintenance done. There was a chunk missing

We ordered a pizza and an antipasto salad, which cost almost 9 bucks with tax. This is the saddest excuse for a salad. Opened it up, had no dressing, lettuce starting to brown, and 2 paper thin slices of salami. Threw that in the trash.
Now for the pizza, horrible.
We just moved beginning of this year from Clearwater, Florida. I have been a pizza maker for a place called Bros. Pizza for years, and been trying to find a decent place here in Elkins...it is not Gino's!
My girlfriend took the first bite of pizza and then stopped, looked at me and asked why the pizza was splitting in half from the

Pizza was so greasy I had to blot it with four paper towels AND sit it on newspaper. Pie was limp and disgusting due to being soaked with oil. Toppings fell off pizza if you did anything but look at it.
Response to Gino's retort: Sorry, the likelihood that your pies won't be drowning in oil next time are slim to none. I think experiencing this once is more than enough for me when there are much better local pizza joints in town.
