I personally had a terrible experience at this dentist office. This was my first time going to this dental office. I went due to pain I was feeling from the growth of my wisdom tooth. The person I saw was Dr Tiky Swain. Dr Swain was extremely unprofessional with me. She lectured me about having cavities and ensuring I floss with the analogy of “it’s like showering…you do not wash under your arms and in between your legs it will be nasty, same with what’s going on in your mouth” inferring that my mouth is nasty. I came to fix the issue and the pain in my mouth, not for one of the doctors

Edit** after having another dr. At this practice take a look and adjust bite. My previous dr felt the need to approach me as I was leaving to start a confrontation seeming to fish for an apology before ultimately discontinuing me as a patient and threatening the possibility of being blacklisted at other dentist in the area. I am not at all worried about leaving this practice as it seems neither I nor the dentist were happy… but the idea that a dentist would need validation or an argument or even hope to scare a patient seems pretty asinine.

Its rare to go to the dentist and nothing is uncomfortable, especially as a 1st time patient. Upon entering the office, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. When the dental assistant, Kala, came to get me she was kind, pleasant and professional. She made me feel comfortable and safe in this COVID climate. She explained in detail what to expect as far as procedure and time. She took my x-rays and explained in detail what she was doing and why she was doing it. Once Dr Swain came in, she further explained what was found and the course of action to correct my oral issues. I was very impressed

When I arrived at the parking lot I had to call the office for the exact location and right away I felt comfortable. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. The office and the workers are professional, friendly and the office is clean and practice the rules of Covid 19 and wearing a mask.

I would no longer recommend Dasling Dentistry due to their recent lack of concern for providing quality customer service. Originally I felt this was the best dentist office in the state, but sadly that has changed for the worse. The emphasis now appears to be on economic growth and expansion, while no longer focusing on being time efficient and delivering a pleasing dental experience for their patients. I miss the old Dasling Dentistry, that place was amazing.
