Was referred to Chad by a mutual friend for an auto accident I was in. Chad was fair with his percentage that he took for his compensation, but his service was over the top. He took on a case that happened in Austin (as opposed to Dallas) and was able to make sure I walked away with a little extra cash after everything was paid.
