I have lived ina few rental places over the years, but never seen problems like on this property and not with tenants but a lot of discord concerning the manager here. How she got this job, makes one wonder. In my opinion she clearly is not suitable for this type of work, and qualifications...?? Makes lots of mistakes, I hear. She is very rude, disrespectful, talks down (and about) other tenants and argumentative.
She may or not answer phone or return calls, or be in office at all. Her office is inside clubhouse which she keeps locked, hours, days posted on door mean nothing. Just because her car

First, I’m trying to find a nice quite and safe retirement community for my disabled mother. I came across the Cottages of Blue Bird in Liberty because I live in the area and started checking out the living facilities. This management is ridiculous! First I went online and completed a request to view a unit and have never once been contacted. I’ve also called and left messages with the office and once again; total failure and have yet to be contacted. What does it take for someone to pick up a phone and make contact with someone who’s trying to inquire about their retirement community? Well

Debra, the office manager is extremely rude and very disrespectful. I wish anyone luck as long as she's assigned to this property.
I would appreciate it if a representative from the corporate office would contact me.
Update: Nice try wanting me to contact you'll local office. This is where the problem is!

I've lived here for 2 years. The apartment is new and lovely, grounds are well-maintained, but the manager, Debbie, is curt, disrespectful, and difficult to reach during office hours. Those in my wing are disabled and many of us have PO-approved mail delivery to our doors. Although I had my mailbox installed with approval of a prior manager (and installed by the maintenance person), today she had all mailboxes ripped down without warning, saying it was not allowed (even if we had previous permission). I have protested to her and to the corporate headquarters, as I believe this defies the Disabilities
