The apartment is nice. The water and sewer bill is higher than a 4 bedroom house. (53 dollars a month vs 87 dollars). But our biggest complaint is we feel like we are living in a dog kennel. It is a pet friendly complex but the weight limit is 100 lbs and you can have 2 dogs. We have had children using the hallway for a playground with their parents. We have made several complaints and been told they have been addressed but still have the same issues. According to management we are the only one with these complaints, but I have noticed what seems to be a large turnover. There is also a mask mandate

My husband and I moved to Copper Ridge in January 2021. We moved here after we sold our home to look for another home. Knowing what I know now, I would have never signed the 40+ page lease! (I've purchased homes with less paperwork!)
There's a fee for practically everything. There's a $25 monthly trash fee. You set your trash in the hallway by a certain time, and someone picks it up 5 days a week. We were lucky if they picked it up twice a week. This was reported several times and nothing changed.

The apartments are beautiful, safe and well built. Maintenance staff is great, very professional and responsive. The pool is amazing. The gym is above average for an mini gym. They do need to remove the giant tv from being in the center of the mirror, lol. Trash services were rough for a while, but have been fixed with the new company. Overall living here has been a pleasure.
I highly recommend the place. It's a bit pricey since rent rates went up again, but they are super nice apartments, and the community overall is great.

Very nice and I agree with some of the reviews for this complex! A family member lives here and we visit quite often! The appearance is quite stunning at first look as being nearly new and fresh with everything being orderly! I don't understand why there aren't trash cans throughout the properties, although, I do realize how common it is for them to fill up and spoil it from uncaring guests or tenants! It is impressive the system that's set up for tenants to sit the trash outside their door by a specific time to be picked up! I was extremely impressed by the security of the front door of the complex

Please provide a handicap parking spot for a young man who is an amputee in front of his apartment building so that he doesn't have to park over in front of the community center. If it's icy and snows he will have a very difficult time getting to his apartment building since he uses a prosthetic or a wheelchair.

Beautiful apartments! When I was looking to move away from downtown KC (due to a very poorly ran apartment) in a hurry, the staff at Copper Ridge (Allison specifically) were beyond amazing! I was able to do the tour, sign the lease, and move-in within a week and a half. I have been here since October and it's been great. There is a good range age-wise - i'm in my mid twenties and see a lot of people around my age and older. Great staff, great location, and very dog friendly. Liberty has also been a welcome change from all the craziness that came with living downtown!

Copper Ridge was a great place to call home. The apartments are stunning with beautiful windows. The pool, workout room, club house, and media room are gorgeous. The staff (especially the maintenance team) were so kind and accommodating. We stayed there until we found a home to purchase. It was perfect.

This property is amazing! It’s the definition of luxury apartment living and run by the most phenomenal manager. I have lived at two properties the manager has run and the level of service provided to residents is above and beyond. With the amenities offered its the best option for our temporary home in the Liberty area.

I first want to point out that majority of these good reviews on here are fake. They have asked current residents to write a good review in exchange money off rent. I understand that most apartment complexes have the regular issues such as rude office staff, people breaking in cars constantly and so forth.. however, when crime is in the area, they do not notify their tenants. When I had to call the security guy to come check something out, they said the office staff never alert them with any problems. The only positive thing out of my experience was that the apartments are absolutely gorgeous.

I tend to move around a lot, but I don't ever want to leave Copper Ridge! The layouts are spacious, and the finishing touches are really high end. The large windows create an open and airy feeling, and with all of the amenities, you really do feel like you are living in a luxury resort. And, since they are brand new, everything is in pristine… condition!

Our family moved from California to Missouri for my husband's job and change of scenery. My husband visited prior to leaving to check out apartments and he said this place is perfect for us and I took his word for it. Myself and the babies moved this month and I feel right at home, we have a great view of the City and Downtown from our living room… and a forest view from our bedroom! Our layout is awesome and all the finishes are beautiful! Plus we are down the street from everything you would ever need; grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and GREAT schools!!
