However, the property does offer an all-inclusive package that will allow for you to include the electricity and water and sewer. Additional rates do apply. The apartments are nice size and maintenance is top notch, good location and clean, plenty of parking. BUT, if you happen to have an issue with an inconsiderate noisy neighbor, forget any help from admin. We have someone above us who literally makes loud booming noises all day starting at 7:30 in the morning and lasts until 11:30 at night. He has a large dog and plays ball/frisbee with the dog inside the apartment. This sounds like a cattle drive to us below, and like someone throwing a bowling ball on the floor above us. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The community is nice and quiet, and in a great location. Internet and cable is included, which is a very big plus in my book! The valet trash pickup is purely awesome, and the grounds are always kept clean. You definitely can't go wrong with living here.

The place really is a great place to live it's very clean. The staff here is fantastic from the maintenance guys all the way to the office. They always fix things in a very timely manner. the reason I got this apartment was because my mom whose an older woman can walk to places without having to go too far. When I first came here I got a handicapped apartment which is not what I wanted but was told my rent would go up less than the rest.The problem I have is I'm being priced out of it. I would love to continue to stay here but I don't think after my lease is up in April that I will be. Rent goes

I have lived at this location for 2 years. And I was treated so unkind by management all the way to Corporate. They have no empathy or sympathy at all. They gave me two different price increases on my rent. I just asked if they could possibly do the original price because of everything that was happening with Covid. I wasn't asking for no increase! It was like I asked them for their first born. They said we wont do that. It will not happen. Never asked how they could make the situation better. I talked to three different people and all three could care less. I told them that there is so much wrong

Blue Ridge Companies seems to have dropped the ball with Alexandria Park. We first reported MOLD issues in 2014. They originally tried to blame us for the issues for not having the curtains open at the windows. They have gone as far as to paint over the mold and bring in a huge dehumidifier (powered by the electricity I pay for) for it to do absolutely nothing. We found another review from 2016 stating the same thing for our apartment building (3561) and the response there was something else. We now have a newborn son who has to be on a nebulizer because of the mold issues. The complex is letting

I lived here for almost 3 years but it's getting too expensive and I want out of the cable package. They only send updates, information and notices via email and for the important things like bills and 60 day notices they will use a third party company so check your email and spam mail. Other than that it is a super quiet community. They are now building a shopping center in front of the complex and it's right in front of my building so I will be moving.

Seemless transitions with moving in and out. Quiet, clean and family friendly. Service is the best I’ve ever experienced with rental companies. This place was my sanctuary and will always feel like home. Jenny and Kelly are truly wonderful compassionate and professional staff. It is truly an incredible place. We lived on the Southwest Elementary side of the complex. AWESOME school with impeccable communication. You’ll love it! I miss it so much.

I have lived here for 9 months and I have nothing bad to say about it! It is a safe community near the Palladium. One of my favorite things about it is that they respond super quickly to service requests. I have put in 3 that I can remember and they were all completed within 24 hours. They even got me a new washing machine within 48 hours when I was having trouble with the one that I rented. I would recommend this place to friends (and I have). Sometimes, I can hear my neighbors, but that comes with living in apartments and is not the fault of the Alexandria Park Staff.

Today my family and I toured with Keria Caldwell for the third time. She was very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. Always answers all of my questions. She was very friendly and helpful, once a large 2x2 opens up I will be moving in. Pet fee for cat is too expensive. Nice location clean and quiet.
