Just a heads up to anyone who is sold on the amenities at this complex: They are only open from 9AM - 6PM during the weekdays. The gym was advertised as 24 hour when I signed my lease, but has since been chopped to hours that I work, making it impossible to enjoy the amenities I pay for.
On weekends, the pool and grills are only open until 5PM and only a 4 hour window on Sundays! 1-5PM, thats it. 4 hours on a weekend. The staff is extremely sassy and condescending to top it off.
Top this off with tiny parking spots and balconies that can't support an average sized chair, I'd recommend living

I recently visited Northpoint at 68 in search of a new place. The office staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the High Point/Greensboro area in search of a nice place to live. I'm still searching but had a great experience today. Hope to see the rates drop some prior to applying.

NorthPoint at 68 is an amazing place to entrust your next housing experience in. The staff are responsive and personable. The maintenance requests are processed efficiently. The ideal location gives you access to the highway and a wide selection of restaurants and essential stores. A bonus is the nature trail that extends far out and exemplifies the diversity of the area. Overall very peaceful environment with great amenities. As my first apartment, NorthPoint set the bar high for quality living. Thank you so much!!

I have been living here since they first opened approximately 6 years ago. The staff is top notch. Always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds always look great.
Love the location. Close to walking paths, restaurants, and 10-15 minutes from just about everything in Greensboro, High Point or Jamestown, even Kernersville.

NorthPoint at 68 is a wonderful place to live! Jimmy and the rest of the staff are some of the nicest, most polite individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Add to this the great location, awesome amenities and beautiful apartments, and this place is second to none! I have never had any problems with noise or neighbors either and have truly enjoyed all aspects of living here. If you are new to the area and looking for a great place, I highly recommend putting NorthPoint at the top of your list!
