I’ve been living here for 3 years so far and I can’t complain!! It’s a nice community and the location is perfect for me considering I’m from a small town. The office staff is always so nice! Probably the best part about living here and getting to interact with everyone and the common understanding everyone holds in my building 🙂

Went to see the Cardinal Apartments this past weekend. The location is in a great location of town located near Bryan Blvd and the airport with really good public schools in the district. I was very impressed with office staff that helped me pick out my new apartment. She was very kind and answered all my questions about the apartment. I was also impressed with the apartment it self with all new appliances and layout. I think I will be happy with my choice moving to the Cardinal.

My experience with Cardinal Apartments has been exceptional. The office staff (Sharvonne & LaJoy) are a pleasure to work with. Sharvonne went above and beyond to assist me thru the entire registration process. The neighbors and neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Everyone speaks when they pass you with the great southern hospitality. If you are looking for a place to call home I would recommend our peaceful, country surroundings.

I've been searching for apartments recently in the area and decided to make an appointment through the phone. The leasing agents were both fantastic, responsive to any and all questions regarding the complex and move-in process itself, and very friendly as well! The neighborhood overall seems very nice and the tour of the actual unit was great, overall a very great impression!

The management and staff are amazing! The apartment manager was extremely polite, and prompt with all replies and extremely through in answering all my questions. Her and her staff made me feel like this would be the perfect place to call home. The positive energy when I arrived when speaking with the assistant property manager was phenomenal. Normally, I don't even leave reviews but i feel like i needed to share my story. I have lived at the cardinals for over 3 years now, and have truly enjoyed my experience here. When i first moved in, Charlene made my process super easy. I didn't have a single problem, until I changed my phone number and lost access to my email and needed my account reset because i could not access the online portal. I called the office several times about this problem and even went above her head to try and resolve the issue. I needed to access my account online so i can pay my rent on time (i cant even remember

I like the location and the price, and what 'smore, they are so friendly! I failed to move in on schedule due to an accident happened and they held the apartment for me for a period. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the room is renovated and clean, I feel very comfortable to stay in. I did find some minor issues such as in kitchen and toilet, and they came to fix it quickly. The laundry is a challenge for me a injured person with difficulties in walking, fortunately, they provide the information and help me rent the washer and dryer, which is a big convenience for my daily life. There was an leak from the upstairs apartment. It took over a month for the leak to be completely fixed. They came in to paint the ceiling when I was not home and destroyed my stuff. They got paint on my pictures, kitchen chair and all my vases. I asked them to clean it off and they told me file a renters insurance claim. I still have black mold in the bathroom from when there was a leak. Can't wait to find another place and move out of here!

This place is trying to get over on me and charge me for a extra day on my lease that wasn't there. Lease was up June 30,2019 and these greedy ppl are trying to get me for July 1. Keys were turned in on June 30 and i was out of that horrible place June 12. I wouldn't ever recommend this place!!! Mold was in multiple places in the apartment and I spoke with plenty of other residents that had big mold issues. Their solution was for us to take care of it ourselves and this was black mold. Black mold in several units. Smelled horrid when moving in, rust on fixtures, roaches, rude staff that coax you into signing a 10.5 month lease, dogs that are aggressive off leashes. They won't give out the corporate number. Drug deals made in the parking lot. They prevent all bad reviews on Facebook because it goes to chelene dematteo. Her husband has came to the residence and threatened me!

We love living here! But I do I want to start by saying the main office lady is great, however her "assistant" that's there about half the time isn't worth anything. We still haven't gotten a copy of our lease from her (we moved in early December), she didn't go over the lease, just told us to sign, puts her personal phone calls before your needs, and has a way of making you feel like a HUGE burden (plus a lot more). BUT if you're easy going and won't be dealing with the office staff a lot, it's a great place. The apartments are pretty spacious and great

I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked into the rental office. Chelene was friendly and asked good questions to help me determine a good floor plan and location for me. Since I am moving for a new job, she helped me determine the best route to take for my commute to downtown Greensboro. I was pleased with her friendliness and patience as I asked many questions and lingered in the apartment she showed me. The property is clean and has been kept up nicely.
