1.) My son and I moved to PPR in October 2020 and signed a 1 year lease. Being a single mom and first time ever living on my own, living on the second or third floor was recommended. We moved in on the third floor. My son wears a prosthetic leg and at that time we didn’t know it would be an issue for him. In December, We asked to be moved to the first floor as my 9 year old could not handle going up and down the steps anymore. January 2nd we moved to the first floor. They were phenomenal with the transition. Little did I know they would renew my lease. I went to put in my 60 days notice a few

The neighborhood is good .The manager (Brooke) is really rude! We lived there for about one year and we had to move out about one and half month ago (job relocation reason)! We paid all rents, taxes, fees and everything the contract charged us! They are still calling us asking for more money!!! We left the apartment in perfect condition ( better than when we moved in, for sure)! We have no pets, just one kid…
The place is quiet, calm. My only concern was the administration, be careful if you are thinking to move in! They will charge you for your oxygen 😡

I enjoyed living here for a few months. My sister fell ill with Covid-19 and has been ill. Was still able to pay all
My bills, sometimes would be late after I became the sole bread winner after my sister fell ill. I’ve had a few runs in with the leasing office, misinformation, payment getting loss! Not being told that a payment was loss until the middle of the next month. Also had to send in my service animals paperwork multiple times! I was threatened multiple times to have my service animal removed from the property (illegally I might add) had to go through a whole conundrum with the manager

I’ve lived here a couple of years and it is a nice place to live in my opinion. The leasing office staff is nice (especially the African American young lady). The office manager seems to have a bad attitude. Oh and they never ever answer the phone. I’ve never seen anything like it.... I really wish we had the old management back. They were awesome and communicated well. I agree with the other person who posted. If you’re still under contract with the old leasing company just be ready to get nickled and dimed for everything and for up-charges with WestShore. I pay way more money now from random

Lived at the complex for 14 months on a work assignment. Apartments are very well appointed and maintained. Lots of room makes it comfortable to live. The staff was ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I ever had was the limited amount of parking spaces. It wasn't terrible... but some of the residents parked parallel to the curb behind other residents... very rude. The management tows cars that are not parking according to the terms of the lease agreement and I thought they were very honest and forthcoming about it. It is a great place to live and all the residents I encountered were

We just moved in about two weeks ago and I am absolutely in love with this amazing community. The management has been extremely nice, I love how we have the valet trash, and how big and spacious the pool is. I love how they offer two grills at the pool that you can use and a fire pit as well. I love how in the clubhouse they have a pool table that you can play. They also offer personal car garages that you can park in which are very convenient. Everyone is super nice in this community, and the neighbors are very respectful. I love how spacious our floor plan is in our two bedroom apartment with

So I have lived here for almost a year now and this residency is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest in the area. The management staff is wonderful to work with and the communication is always quick! We have one heck of a pool and workout area as well! Love showing this place off to friends and family when they are in the area! Moving from Atlanta to Greensboro, was a quick and easy process due to the excellent staff here. I recommend this complex to everyone!

I have called PPR home since November 2016 and have enjoyed every moment of it. I have lived in many apartment complexes since moving here 11 years ago. This is the longest I have ever been at one complex. The main reasons why I have lived at PPR for so long was 1) the location (proximity to the highways yet still being quiet and away from all the traffic) 2) the apartment complex itself (the grounds are well maintained, the breezeways are cleaned, valet trash) 3) quiet neighbors 4) leasing office staff and maintenance 5) safety.
I do understand the frustrations with the parking situations as

We have only lived here for a month and I absolutely love the spacious floor plan that we have in our 2 bedroom. The pool is a perfect spot to hang out and relax, it feels like a true community as you always see kids out playing and adults walking. The office staff has been amazing, along with the maintenance staff. They make sure all work orders are done in a timely manner. The grounds are very well kept, I love that they also have so many dog stations, and that we don't feel like were in the city, since we are in the country and it is so nice and quiet. I wish all my friends could break their
