Barry is all-around amazing to work with! I really welcomed and respected his input when we were looking at homes. He is incredibly attentive and knew what we specifically wanted. With this in mind, he would point out things that we might not like. It was apparent that he didn't just want to sell us a home, he was going to make sure that we were in the "right" home for us. He is also gracious, good-natured, and just a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him!

Where do I even begin to express how amazing Barry is? My husband and I came to Barry wanting to look at homes in one of the most popular price range. Barry was fantastic to work with when purchasing my home. I was a first time home buyer, and Barry walked me through the process and was very patient with me. He was very proactive in trying to find me the right home given my budget with zero pressure. He ended up finding me a great home for a great deal before it was even on the market. In short, Barry worked a real-estate miracle for me. I had 30 days to get my house on the market and sold. To compound things, it needed paint and a number of other repairs and I travel most weeks for work. Barry told me he could handle it and he did. He has a great network of service providers (painters, handymen, plumbers, stagers, you name it...) that were all at the ready to get my house on the market. I highly recommend Barry as a realtor. Barry assisted us with the sale of our father's house after he passed away. Given that my father's home was over 60 years old it needed some updating. Barry was able to recommend some quick, easy, and affordable updates to the home to modernize it. Most of the updates we could do ourselves, but the ones we either couldn't do or didn't have time to do, Barry not only found a contractor for us, but scheduled and managed the work for us.
