Beth did a super job of selling my house and purchasing my perfect home in a tough market. She is very smart and thorough. I was very happy with selling my house for 85k over asking. And able to get 60 day free rent-back which allowed me to buy in this market.
I was really appreciative that she was able to find the perfect house for only 10k over asking (again unheard of in this market). The new house had a nearly perfect inspection with no repairs needed. She located this house, took me to it and we made an offer on the spot that was accepted the next day. I have been in the house now for 1 month

Beth took charge of a remodel in our absence and brought it to successful conclusion at a very reasonable cost. After staging the home sold within 3 days at $200K+ over our asking price. Out of nowhere, instead of reaching out to us to resolve the issues below (ie apologize, offer a refund, concessions, anything...), Beth decides to slander me on Yelp at my place of business, accusing me of malpractice. This required us to seek legal counsel and reach out to the Yelp legal team, which acted swiftly and appropriately.
Seriously, what is wrong with you? Be a professional, admit the work you did could have been better, and we can move on. Slandering me and defaming my practice serves you no purpose. Don't make a malicious

Beth is very energetic and motivated to find a home that met my needs and requirements. She was not pushy or trying to simply sell me a house. She was able and willing to give me a little bit of guidance regarding pricing and the overall market position at the time.
Once we eventually found something, she organized the sale/purchase process well and quickly.
