I got stationed here with the Air Force and have nothing but great things to say. The location was great! 15 mins to base while being able to walk downtown for food/nights out. The staff is great and Deseree is nothing but helpful! Units are nice! I definitely recommend this place to people when they ask!

Exorbitant fees, poor management, and poorly maintained facilities (outside of leasing season).
The following is the type of “professionalism” to expect at these “luxury” apartments:
The manager lived below us and posted personal complaints on Tower View letterhead. (Once implying that we were abusing our dog and leaving her in the bathroom all day, even though my partner and I work from home and she has never been in our bathrooms alone.)
The manager tried to illegally enter my apartment without notice to do a check through that could’ve been easily been done days later (we were moving

I needed a place to stay ASAP in early 2019; the manager at the time Drew, and his leasing agent at the time Deseree, were extremely helpful and got me in pretty quick without any issues. Maintenance issues were fixed relatively fast, the only big issues I can remember was my kitchen GFCI and an issue with my disposal and those were promptly handled.
Some people on here complain about 'hidden fees'. Every fee is stated in the lease, if you give your 60 day notice and don't leave your apartment wrecked then you aren't going to have any issues when you leave.

Fantastic and helpful staff plus a great downtown living location close to entertainment venues, dining and more. Clean and well kept common areas and amenities such as a fitness center, hot tub, outdoor lounge and a meeting space on the second floor. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They will gouge you for every little thing. You will be charged so many hidden fees. The first 4 months of living here our dishwasher didn’t even work. We had to put in multiple reports before we finally received a new one. And don’t forget to put in your 60 day notice. Or else they will force you to stay for another 60 days and charge you an absurd amount. We put in our notice at 30 days instead and instead of our normal rent (1249) was 1865 dollars because they changed our lease to a month to month instead. It is not worth the money you pay. Especially during a pandemic
