I've been a member of several gyms that offer group fitness classes and Dryland is probably my favorite. These classes offer an excellent blend of cardio/HIIT with strength training. Amy is a top notch coach and offers more pointers that any other instructor I have had. Initially when I joined, there was a limited class schedule, but Dryland has since added enough to accommodate its members.

I absolutely love workouts at Dryland Denver. Our team recently did a group workout coached by Amy and we had the BEST time! The 45 minute workout was challenging and covered full body and also so fun and interactive. We loved the stations which we moved through quickly and enjoyed indoor and outdoor settings. The music also aided to the high energy. Highly recommend!

They just bumped their prices while they have most of amenities closed for over a year, beside 1 bench press and 2 leg machines for which you pay 120$. Do not get lured into their promotions because they are fake... Draylend you lost a lot of loyal local customers in the past few months and you will continue losing...here i have a perfect slogan for you instead of help local business you should have let's rip of locals!

Beautiful space- plenty equipment.
However I came here for a single day drop to utilize the steam room, unfortunately I wasn't told it was out of order until after they got me registered in the system.
Literally $35 to walk into the lockeroom and realize the steam room was out of order. I'll give the front desk the benefit of the doubt, maybe she didn't know, either way... it's a bad look.

Love the yoga classes. Karen is amazing. We tried the slow flow, meditation and vinyasa flow. All great! If you get a 10-visit pass ($250), the visits cost $25 instead of $35, and it's good for the whole day. My mom and I are sharing it and going to yoga every day for our 5 days up here. Everyone is really friendly! The night class was way less crowded than the morning class - we're here in summer and Karen said winter evening classes are more full. They have mats, water, towels, blocks and blankets so you don't need to bring anything. Can't wait to go again tomorrow!

My mom and I came here for post-ski massages and had a great experience. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage that will truly change how you feel when you leave the building, ask for Felix. He is hands down incredible. He was trained at the Swedish School for Massage in NYC and his technique shows it. In addition to your treatment, you have access to a sauna, steam shower, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi before or after your treatment as well as a relaxation room equipped with a variety of teas, fresh fruit and homemade nutrition bars from Terra Restaurant. I highly recommend coming here for

Carrie Wooten, Carrie Wooten, Carrie Wooten is all I have to say about the Vail Vitality Center. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to and I don't say that lightly. I discovered her last year on my trip to Vail and had to see her again this year. In fact, it was the only thing that I really wanted to do. Her touch is so incredibly healing and is so good at what she does that you don't even have to tell her what's wrong - she just finds the problem. She also cares about the quality of the massage that she gives and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave relaxed

Vail Athletic Club is a nice, well equipped, higher end gym with a great location. The staff that I encountered were nice and helpful, the facility was very clean, and the equipment was high quality and in good condition. The climbing wall is a nice touch, even though I did not use it. The main workout room is on the small side, but is very functional. The big windows are a nice touch and make the whole place feel less cave-like! There are a few smaller rooms/studios off to the side and the upper floor that's got a few elliptical machines (for those of you that want to SAY you went to

I joined this club for several months while I was in Vail so I could try to stay fit prior to labral tear surgery and then as I recovered. It's a nice little gym (although the steam and sauna were constantly on the fritz), and certainly fulfilled my requirements. What I didn't agree with and find terribly unfair is that they allowed me to join mid-month (more than willing to pro-rate my membership when it was to their benefit). They allowed me to pay them to freeze my membership while I had the surgery and when I was unable to workout for several weeks (once again when they were benefiting

My morning at the Vitality Center spa at Vail Mountain Lodge may have been the highlight of my trip. No, wait, it's totally the highlight of my trip.
I scheduled a Moor Remedy treatment for my first full day in Vail. The spa and locker room areas are beautiful. The view from the solarium (where you'll relax before your treatment) is gorgeous. I could've just sat there drinking hot tea and reading the magazines for an hour. The treatment itself was very relaxing and refreshing. Starting with exfoliating, then 20 minutes in a mud bath, and ending with an hour massage, it was
