Never had an issue with the order, food always fills me up and taste good too.
The customer service is an Experience, if you don't like it, all I gotta say is it's a Chinese food joint like come on.
Ordered so many times I've lost count, how many orders had mistakes? None. Love this place, first place I ordered from when I moved to the area 5 years ago, I'll keep coming back.

My husband placed an order online tonight, and called to add something, the gentleman that answered the phone said there was no order that came through and ended up hanging up on my husband. He called back and ended up placing another order through phone call and told the man if the order came through to please cancel it so we don’t get charged twice, when we finally got our order we realized that we were missing two items out of the order. Will not be ordering from here again.

Not sure what happened to this place but it's been over an hour and a half since I placed my order and the store is less than 5 minutes from my house. I usually have no problems and get my order within 20 minutes. I called and they said the driver is out for delivery, but that was half an hour ago now. 👎
Edit: it took two hours to receive our food. The poor delivery driver looked very put out and I'm sure they are very busy. The food was still warm when received. I just wish they had said from the beginning that it was going to be awhile. I understand so many places are under staffed but we

New to area, made our first order tonight.
We did on line order, placed it while sitting in car in parking lot. Order went through, to kill time we went to pet store a few doors down to check it out, was there about 20 minutes figured our order should be ready......surprise it wasn't, we sat and waited. People that came in and ordered at the counter were then getting their orders first. One young man even looked at the lady when she brought his order out and asked if it was ours since we seemed to be waiting there for so long. We were sitting there when he and his family came into order. Our order

New to the area and was hoping to find a really good place with some awesome Chinese. Well, I ordered a chicken platter with fried rice and I could barely chew the chicken, it was so tough and obviously overcooked. The rice was not good either. No flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered Chicken Egg Fo Young and i asked for fried rice instead of the white and of course we got white rice only. Very disappointed and may be the worst Chinese I've ever had.

We ordered at 5:40. We are STILL waiting and it is 7:26. We called at 6:35 and they said it would be 15 minutes and it would be here. The delivery person JUST pulled up as I am typing this and we realized the credit card was charged $10 more than what they told us on the phone. We looked at the receipts and there are THREE different amounts on the 3 receipts. And they aren't going to refund anything. So now we have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with the bank.
