Dr. Wen Li-Cavallo is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She is personable, professional and caring. She will make sure that you don’t feel pain. My issue is front desk. I left before because there is always one that is rude, dismissive, not friendly, and communication skills needs improving. My daughter went to Dr. Li, and I can't begin to tell you how accommodating her front desk team and assistant were to us. They followed all proper COVID protocols, and the establishment was clean and quiet, and no wait. My daughter explained her past experiences with another traumatic dentist, and to top it all off; the dentist misdiagnosed my daughter the caused her fear of going back. Dr Li is the best dentist I've ever met. I have been with her for three years and kept recommending her to my friends and colleagues. I had heard so many terrible stories of seeing a dentist from my colleagues but Dr Li makes the dental procedures not appalling at all. I did two wisdom teeth extractions here and to my surprise I didn't feel much pain and recovered soon. Her excellent skills impressed me. By far, the best dentist in Queens. I've been to a few other dentists before seeing Dr Li Cavallo and I'm super glad I found him, he's a hidden gem. Dr Li genuinely cares about his patients. He spent more time with me than any other dentist. He explained all the little things that other dentist never care to mention just to save time and rush you out of their office.

Honestly the best dentist office I have ever been to. Found Bella Dental on Yelp with the stellar reviews. They are very friendly and informative about what to expect. They're understanding/accommodating about concerns you may have such as anxiety. I had multiple wisdom teeth extractions. The procedure was quick and painless.
To the negative reviews complaining about her kids running around the office obviously are not Asian lol. When you run your own business, "Bring Your Kid to Work Day" isn't a holiday, it's a way of life :).

Probably one of the best dentists I've been to hands down. During my most recent visit, Dr. Li-Cavallo did her best to avoid a procedure I was a little adverse to and her patience and excellent work paid off! She really listens to her patients and is super considerate of what they're hoping to accomplish in visiting her.

I read the good reviews and booked my appointment for my routine cleaning.
To my disappointment, I found the office unsanitary and the ruckus from the Dentist's kids yelling screaming and crying in the office made my time uncomfortable.

We were visiting NYC and staying at hotel down the street when my mom broke her front tooth. Called around and no one would help us. This review will honestly not speak for how thankful I am to have found Bella dental. Doctor is the absolute best!! Not once have I left in pain or had pain after any procedure I’ve had (multiple root canals, crown, fillings, deep cleanings). I came here after not having gone to the dentist in years. 3 years later I’m almost back to being brand new. Dr. Li is one of the most incredible dentists you will find, highly recommend her and thankful for all she’s done! Not going to find anyone like her.

Uhhh, I am the biggest of all chicken sh*ts when it comes to any dental work. But, Dr Li, and her staff have done an amazing job at keeping me calm. This is by far the best dental office I've been to! Dr. Li is super friendly and professional! The whole staff is friendly too and make you feel comfortable during your whole visit! After reading so many great reviews, I was so sure this place was too good to be true! If anyone is more afraid of the dentist, its me. Dr. Li Cavallo is an amazing Dentist. I was petrified to come in for my appointment, but when I got there the entire staff was so warm and friendly, I felt like I had a whole support team there with me. First the staff preps the tools and chair. They're all so friendly and ensures you're comfortable for the session. Next, Dr. Li comes and states what will be done plus handles any final preparations.
For example, first time I went, super sensitive gums and had numbing gel applied. Second visit onwards, she makes sure to apply ample numbing gel before a cleaning procedure. Exceptional care taking and very much appreciated.

I was stressed out and freaking out about my temporary crown that crack from biting too hard into a mango seed while I was at work. Yes, you read that right, a mango seed. I wanted to crawl under a giant rock and cry. I actually went home and cried under my giant security blank.
