Since starting work with Adam, I've lowered my handicap from an 11 to a 4.7, added 15 yards to my drive, and lost 10 pounds. And the best part is, I have yet to do a sit-up. When I started with Adam, I was having difficulty swinging the club due to a shoulder injury.

I launched Golf Fitness Solutions in 2013 in order to help my fellow golf enthusiasts improve their posture, relieve pain, gain strength and endurance, and hit the ball farther.
Our fitness training focuses on a variety of strength, flexibility, balance, power, and conditioning activities catered specifically for golfers. We start with a consultation session to discuss your goals, determine your health history, and benchmark where you're starting from. Our goal is to determine how your body might be limiting the power and accuracy of your golf swing.
