Services
My husband and I have been living at Chapel Valley townhomes for about 4 years. The maintenance service has been excellent because they come in a timely manner and the job is done properly. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone in the future.

The place is insidiously sly in its practices and policies. They no longer replace the carpet when someone moves out is what I determined. I lived there for 1 year and I will be regretting that decision for a while. I just moved out and instead of getting my security deposit back, I was sent a bill for carpet replacement. Apparently in 1 yr. me and my 14 year old did so much damage to their carpets(stains, matting) not only are we not getting our deposit back, they are charging us to replace it! The carpet was that run of the mill variety used in most apartments and now they seem to have figured

Maintenance is horrible!!! I have had the same plumbing issues for 2 years. I missed the deadline to end my lease for the year 2020. I made sure I marked my calendar then to submit my letter so it wouldn't renew for 2021. Made sure I sent my letter twice, 2 months ahead of schedule, certified mail, I gotta go! Management refuses to fix any of the problems, they only patch them which is a temporary fix. Washing machine and the shower are extremely loud. When I inquired about the sound coming from the washing machine I was told it's the way I was using it. Huh??? I only know one way to use a washing

The customer service at this place is horrible. Stacey is the worst person to have as front street for this company. She is very unprofessional and often responds very disrespectful to residents. She makes unprofessional claims about individuals even if they are not true. This lady is very rude, she is not for the residents. She just comes to work for the check. Her customer service sucks. She makes the company look bad. Many individuals can attest to this. Do not move here she wrongfully accuses people of things she knows nothing of. Her approach and her tone is rude. Stacey is just a unprofessional

In the beginning of moving to Chapel Valley Town Homes it was a great environment, and the people in the office were amazing especially Eileen. A year ago is when everything changed and Eileen and the head guy for maintenance was gone, and both of them kept a lot of people in that complex because they we're so nice and anything you needed they assisted. They replaced Eileen with a young clueless and sarcastic manager that just didn't do Chapel any good at all. People who lived here for years decided to leave and I couldn't understand why until I had a conversation with her. So I decided to start
