As other military member could relate how the pressure is during your time to transfer, not just to a different state but overseas. I was in the middle of deployment when I received a message that I was picked for orders overseas. and my command did want to send me home early enough to take care of things. Buying a home is such an overwhelming process, but Mike was there for us every step of the way. He was readily available, not only to show us homes, but to answer all of our questions (and we had many). He is very professional yet very personable as well. After we closed, we had an unexpected issue with our home related to the seller's disclosures, and Mike went above and beyond to support us throughout that process. We relocated from San Francisco to San Diego. We've bought and sold many homes in our lifetime, all in the same general vicinity. Moving from No. Cal to So. Cal was a scary proposition. Michael is truly a rock star Realtor. It's hard to believe that only a few short months ago we didn't even know him, and now we can't imagine working with anyone else.
