Our Hardcore Pilates is a contemporary form of pilates, focusing on core based exercises and intense workouts. Guaranteed to see visible results and build strength in just 1 month! Rather than isolating a specific joint as in most weight lifting, Hardcore Pilates focuses on working the deep muscles of the entire torso all at once using controlled movements.
Pilates is a style of workout also known as reformer, low impact, contrology, functional movement, strength, and conditioning. Pilates has different styles such as traditional pilates, contemporary (modern) pilates. We utilize contemporary pilates. The Hardcore Pilates method is like no other workout!
Rebound, or bounce, is a fun, high-intensity full body workout on a mini-trampoline. Hardcore Bounce improves quicker weight loss than any other type of cardio workout due to opposing gravity and G-force. Our trampoline class increases endurance on a cellular level and boosts lymphatic drainage and immune function.
This membership option allows you to automatically get 10 classes every month for only $160/month with no contract! Classes are nontransferable and do not roll over. Valid for all Bounce + Pilates classes. This membership option allows you to automatically get 15 classes every month for only $215/month with no contract!

Hardcore Fitness is a great studio with everything from Pilates to Barre to Bounce. Claire and Wayne are amazing teachers. They are knowledgeable about body and limitations. I also like that nutrition, ie Irish Seamoss, is part of the care at this studio. I always feel invigorated after class. A++

Injured my shoulder here. I've done pilates for years and never got injured until I went here due to poor instruction. Would not recommend. Machines are old and not maintained either.

I was a client of Wayne's years ago, then kids and work seemed to take priority vs taking care of myself. I rediscovered HCF a few months ago through a GroupOn and immediately got hooked. The classes are amazing and each one is different. I love the combo bounce and pilates to really mix it up! The classes are energetic and Claire and Wayne are so helpful during and after class. I felt a difference in my body and energy right away. Love this place so much!

Hardcore Fitness is a great variety of Pilates reformer, bounce, zen, barre, and all things fun! Having known Wayne and then Claire for a while, it’s been a joy to watch them transform their business into a fabulous H-town joint with their own flair and fun. Wayne and Claire are two extraordinary instructors who is knowledgeable and instrumental in their teaching. The studio is spacious, clean, and with good working equipment to compliment the classes. I challenge anyone looking in the midtown area for a Hardcore Core workout and Pilates studio to give these guys a try!!!!!!

I have been working out at Hard Core Fitness for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about this studio! Both Wayne and Claire are very good instructors that make sure you always have an amazing work out. They really care about their customers. I would not go to another pilates studio. Two thumbs up for Hard Core Fitness!!

Hard Core fitness offers a Bounce/ Pilates class.
This class incorporates Cardio workout on the trampoline, with a
strength workout on the Pilates reformer.

Love Hardcore Fitness. Claire and Wayne are kind & gracious, while challenging you in form and stamina. The pilates classes are my fave, but the bounce classes are great too. They will push you and you will leave feeling empowered by a solid workout. :)

I love love Hardcore! I have been coming to the studio for 6 months or so, and I love how my body is changing (you can see my abs on the second picture) they have a long way to go but I love how they're already showing!! Also my arms are a trouble already and they look great and thin! The trainers are amazing, fun, and will kick your butt!!!

I have been working out with Claire Davis at Hardcore Fitness for the past three years and can say that she is hands down the best trainer that I have ever known. She makes the workouts interesting and educational and the studio itself is fantastic. The variety of Pilates and Bounce, along with weight training is a perfect workout. It's made a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. I cannot recommend Claire and the Hardcore Fitness Studio highly enough.

I’ve been a Hardcore Fitness client for over 10 years. Always leave classes feeling stronger. “I feel the burn”! Love the variety of exercises and moves introduced in every class, and the options to modify according to your fitness and strength level. The studio is bright, spacious, and clean. Wayne and Claire are super welcoming and the friendliest instructors I have ever met. Hardcore Fitness is more than just a boutique studio, It’s a family!

Hard Core Pilates has been a game changer for me and my workout goals. I mainly go to Wayne and Claire's classes and they both have different but challenging styles that has helped me on my journey to a strong, toned body. The family, very laid back personality of the facility is a plus so you don't feel intimidated in any way. There is nothing fancy of boutique like about the facility, but I don't mind that as I am in to get a job done and be on my way! I have taken 2 classes at this studio through ClassPass and both times have left disappointed.
Pros:
- Convenient location
- Easy parking
- Lots of class times
- Pretty good workout, not as challenging as other studios I've been to but not easy either.

Cons: Unfortunately, a lot. I will try to provide as much constructive feedback to the instructors as possible.

Love this spot! It's called hardcore for a reason. You're guranteed to break a sweat and feel the burn. I give five stars because:
1. There's parking
2. The facility is organized and clean (cubbies, towels, water)
3. Wayne, the instructor, is fantastic. He's friendly, personable, and knows his clients (most by name). He's hands on, ready to assist with your positioning and the machines to help keep you in sync with the classes pace. He always modifies the resistance to suit your experience/level. His workouts are swift and challenging and the class seems to be over before

Hardcore Pilates lives up to its name! I've never been to one of these studios but I'll definitely be back. I was a little lost looking for the place but just park in the garage and walk up to the second floor. Reasons Hardcore gets 5 stars:

- Upbeat music to keep you moving and energized
- the instructor, Wayne, was accommodating to my noob self. He customized and individualized the workout for me since it was my first time
- there's only 10-12 machines in a room so the instructor can see and help you with your form
- they push you and make you work hard, concentrating on using
