David is an excellent trainer with well developed skills to customize training program to my needs as a multi-sport athlete. His programming has solved a couple problems I was having trying to train on my own for a couple years. Good breadth of knowledge and fun to workout with!

I’ve been training with David for a little over a year and he’s wonderful! I’ve worked with other trainers at big box gyms and David is by far the best.
I am not someone who usually enjoys working out but I’ve come to look forward to and really enjoy our sessions together. David is my favorite personal trainer by far. His friendliness and easy-going demeanor makes you feel comfortable right away, making lifting weights feel a lot easier. Before going to David I was really insecure about my athletic ability and felt really nervous about working out in front of someone. David designs programs specifically for you so that you never feel like you’re out of your depth, but always feel challenged. Sessions with David are so great! He is super knowledgeable, and he is great about matching your energy. If you need some intensity- he can safely push you. If you need a little more low key work- he can do that as well. We have shown up at our session with the need to modify and it is never any trouble. I wish I could work out with him every day!

David is the real deal of personal training!! He has extensive experience and training in his field and takes all types of clients with no judgments. He takes a wholistic approach and challenges his clients on several levels- not just weight training. He suggests ways to simplify and make small changes to get to better health (and he lives what he suggests).

David is excellent! He tailors his programs specifically to his clients and their goals, and he is a consummate professional, very dedicated to his work. Sessions with him fly by, as he is a wonderful conversationalist and super friendly. Despite his very full roster, David was able to accommodate me just about every week when I necessarily had to reschedule. The garage where he conducts his sessions is also very nice—large, clean (he has instituted special COVID protocols), and full of the latest equipment. After five years and hundreds of sessions it’s about time I write a long overdue review.
David is more than a personal trainer - he’s a highly knowledgeable coach, athlete, and nutritionist. I originally started training with David with to get stronger and stay accountable while juggling a demanding professional life.
