The proliferation of trendy workouts coinciding with increased exercise-related injury and "new" fad diets have not decreased the rate of obesity, diabetes, cancer or Alzheimer's in America. These are the WHYs that fuel our desire in attaining FITNESS FOR LIFE. The urge to share our Total Body Health philosophy and inspire real life changes are what led us to start Core Theory Fitness.
Our goal is to coach you to be well educated so that you will create lifelong fitness and nutritional changes for healthier wellbeing, for the rest of your life. Stay connected on our facebook and instagram! We do not believe in quick and easy fixes or that there is a one-size-approach to training and diet.
We believe that you should have a personal experience and a session designed for your needs when it comes to yoga practice. Each sessions is completely customized for you alone, not a generic session for 20-30 people. If you would like to share your practice with a friend we can accommodate 3 students at a time.
First schedule a free Intro to the Gym session. After you attend your intro, you will be given a client login to manage all of your own reservations! All payments are taken online. Once you have your client login, you will be able to purchase a membership, package of sessions or pay as you go. We have towel service, a mosquito misting systems, portable AC, additional outdoor training space.

In an effort to maximize your enjoyment, safety and respect others while working at at Core Theory Fitness I agree to the following policies: I understand I am booking for 1 hr and must end my training at my scheduled time, so as not to impose on the next booked session, as I would not want someone to impose on mine.

I started working with April in May 2019 after I moved back to Houston for work and I have to say it has been one of my best decisions. April is a great trainer and has a wealth of knowledge on physical fitness but above all she is a great person that really cares about you. Your workouts can make range from heavy weights to light weights to a great stretch session it really depends on you. So you have total control of your workout program.

I have just finished month 1 of the 3 month fitness/wellness package. I have lost weight and inches off my hips and waist. I have friends coming up to me all the time commenting on how slim and toned I have become.
In addition to the customized workout routines that are different every day, I also have personalized nutrition plan. I have found ways to eat better foods that are better for me. I could not be happier with the results I am seeing so far. I can't wait to see what the next 2 months have to come.

I’ve completed the first 4 weeks of April’s 12 week program, and I’m SO SO pleased with these results. The workouts have the most perfect combination of cardio, interval training, and resistance training, yielding fabulous results! Not only having I seen great growth and muscle definition, I’ve also noticed the parts of the workouts that were crazy tough for me at the start are now totally manageable!! I love having this personalized and specialized workout and nutrition plan!!!
