Push Fitness for Women started in Indianapolis, in 2004 and is still locally owned and operated, so our members receive great customer service and see familiar faces. We've set out to combine the top services we feel women look for in a gym/spa setting including massage and skin care services. Our members experience great workouts and great rewards all in one place!

Our members get exactly what the female body needs because we specialize in women-specific personal training. We have an expansive group class schedule which includes STRONG, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, Barre and Chair Yoga. We're fitness gurus, not pushy sales-people. We give anyone interested in joining Push a FREE, Full-Access 7-day membership to try us out.
Services
Nutrition: Just as a personal trainer helps you understand what types of exercise your body needs for results, a lifestyle and weight management consultant helps you develop sound, balanced weight-management programs. These programs will bring together the three critical components for long-term weight management success: nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle change.
Massage: At Push we specialize in a combination of therapeutic, Swedish, and deep tissue massages. Utilizing these techniques, our talented, licensed massage therapists will help you experience a detailed, revitalizing massage therapy session. The care doesn't stop there! Learn exercises, stretching tips, and a complimentary bottle of water to receive the most benefits from your massage.
Dynamic Stretch & Core: a yoga and Pilates inspired class that will help improve flexibility and tone your core through mindful movement and dynamic and static stretches. STRONG: STRONG by Zumba combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

I had committed to a month to month contract and payed to stop it due to a bad experience. First and foremost, I went to Push because it is for women and I felt that woman would be less judgemental. The ugly looks and stares made it obvious that was not true. The woman there make no effort at all to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I (along with another customer) was indirectly shamed for walking on the treadmill which I used as a big part of my routine. I am not sure if this was a tactic used to encourage people to pay for personal training but it is a horrible one. I think if anyone is

This Health club for Women is not a welcoming place or a Safe Place to Work Out! Considering how expensive this Club is, I expected a lot more! I am not comfortable being on Video! Being stared at the whole time I filled out the paperwork to Join made me feel uncomfortable! This Health Club's tour was not inviting or Welcome! I thought having to make a appointment to Workout would be great! This appointment making made me not want to excercise! I am highly disappointed in Push Fitness for Women!

I have been a member of Push for about 10 years! I love everything about this wonderful health club! The facilities are inviting, extremely clean and perfect for individual and group training, especially during these Covid times. The front desk staff, administrative personnel and all of the specialized trainers are very welcoming and truly care about each member! The energy is positive from the moment anyone steps into the club. I have seen so many women of different ages, shapes and abilities just thrive at Push.
If you are looking to change your life in a positive way, have support throughout

Entering my fifth year with Push! Very kind, friendly and considerate staff. Supportive and helping trainers at a class and personal training level. I feel very comfortable working out at this gym as its a only ladies gym. Very clean, all equipment gets wiped off after use and all the gym facilities are very clean. Highly recommended gym!

There is a nice range of group fitness classes offered no matter you age or fitness level, a small area of varied weight machines, different cardio machines, and a selection of personal trainers to choose from.

What can I say? This place is the best! In August 2017 I will have been training here for 2 years and I can fit everything I own including my Jr. size 9/10 black slinky wedding dress and I weighed 20 more lbs. then. I was running. Now I have more muscle and feel more fit. Great place for women only. The trainers are excellent!

3 stars because the facility looked great. My only complaint is the customer service. I was interested in signing up but chose not too because of a bad experience.

Push! is a woman's only gym featuring cardio machines (ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes), weight machines, a pilates reformer room (where individual training is offered), and group classes (check their website for current offerings, but they always have a weights/cardio class, pilates, yoga, turbokick, and a few others).

The clientele is loyal and kind; you'll see the same lovely faces from week to week in the group classes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they'll definitely get to know you.

The place isn't huge, and I like that. It's welcoming and totally
