It is a beautiful place to look at and the foliage is perfect for this South Texas environment. Has pools and a play area for the kids. Only negative aspect about it os that the building numbers are in peculiar places so that if you are a deliver person or are expecting a delivery, it might take a bit for the driver to find the apartment building you are located at.

I love living here it’s kid and pet friendly and the office works with you in special needs !! Been here a year no complaints yet !!

Costa tarragona apartments is a very unique and family oriented place to stay. The office staff is amazing and so very helpful, Krystal, Lorenda, Rosie, Vernice. The maintenance personnel are also so wonderful, Archie, the 2 juans and Noe and Atticus. I have always had 100% dedication to be solved with any issues. I would not ever stay anywhere else . From my experience the whole entire staff has always been there to help me . Also the grounds are kept up immaculately. This is a place to live and be confident in all aspects of living.

This place when i visited my moms cousin was amazing the apartments where nice clean the staff are nice i cant wait to move here when i finish high school in 2023

I have upstairs neighbors that are the worst! They stay up after 12 cleaning and moving things around. There’s also been this car that’s been taking up a parking space for 2 months (that’s most likely theirs) and nothing has been done about it. I’m pretty fed up with this and it’s ridiculous they still let these people live here.

I've had the best experience when moving in. The process did take some time just getting all the paper work in order..Krystal was amazing working with me. Single mom with three kids. This process doesn't happen over night so you have to be patient. Over all i love it . Very very peaceful !

My son and his family live here so we visit often. We enjoy the pool when it is open. However when my daughter in law referred her friend and she successfully moved in, the front office gave her the run around for her referral.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We have lived here 4 years and in the time being our kitchen sink has overflowed and flooded the kitchen and living room TWICE, the sink is always clogged and we never pour grease down the drain. Maintenance is useless can’t fix anything but change a lightbulb. We’ve had problems with the ac unit multiple times, the gates never work so thieves always wondering in apartments breaking into vehicles. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Worst living experience ever. Stay away from these apartments!!!

These are horrible! The maintenance are lazy and rude as hell! Took over 2 months just to fix my dishwasher! I would not recommend these apartments to ANYONE!!!

Staff is very helpful despite a big mistake that inconvenienced me tremendously. Im on a waiting list
now and was so disappointed at the last minute loss of a prospective apt. I now have to wait indefinitely for housing. You might see signs in front that say "Now Renting" and there aren't any. .
UPDATE: Looks like they're gonna make it happen after all....awesome

The complex don't care about their tenants. they want their money quick but maintenance takes months. they say they will call you back and don't. can't even get ahold of the corporate office.

5star rating!!! Maintenance member Jason is outstanding!!! Very professional/knowledgeable!! Would reccomend him for the job! Came in and fixed the problem in a timely matter!! Thank you Jason

They don't care about their residents safety or well being. work orders not wrked in a timely matter. work orders not even given to the maintenance crews for repair

Moved in Dec.20, 2017 and so far everything has been good. When we first came everyone was so nice especially Rosie. She handle all our paperwork and keep me up to date with our application process. We had a slight problem with the fridge but they came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Great apt complex to live at. Highly would recommend living here.
