I've been with Bootique for two years now and I keep coming back for more. I wasn't getting the results I wanted when exercising by myself, but Jaylin and her trainers provide a great challenge, while still being supportive and motivating.

I look forward to going to the boot camp and dance fitness classes at the end of my day. I know I'm going to get an amazing workout and a great way to de-stress from all the crazies of my day. One of the thing I like most about boot camp is, it's never the same. I get bored super easy so the variety helps.

Women who are stuck inside at a desk all day and thought they'd never find enough time for themselves to get a great workout and begin to look and feel great again. We've taken the basic principles of boot camp style workouts that provide quick results (which we all love) and created a completely new way to use them in a safe and effective training program for women of all fitness levels so that you can be your best self. If it's not fun, you won't do it - but here, you'll quickly find yourself addicted to our special brand of sass and spunk.
A fitness program with complete customization to work towards your specialized goal one-on-one with a personal trainer. Personal training is the recommended option when you have specific needs to address whether they are physical or logistical. We come to you ready to give you the individual attention you desire.

What a fun way to work out! If you are struggling at the gym or on your own look no further! No workout is ever the same so no boredom effect and you also get a sense of community with trainers that actually care about your success! I highly recommend you try a class! It has motivated me to get up early get a great workout with a few laughs and many smiles along the way!

I decided to join Bootique Fitness a year ago and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Jaylin and Sabrina are such amazing trainers. 6 months through the program I lost an inch and a half off my waist and that wasn’t by putting myself through complete misery. It happened by meeting up with fun women in the park and following workout by an amazing trainer. 45 minutes of my time added up to a healthier me. The other unique benefit to Bootique is their Zoom classes. You can participate in the comfort of your own home in a variety of classes all throughout the week.

I've been with Bootique over a year. As a middle- aged woman who needs the extra push a trainer provides, Bootique Fitness classes are perfect for me. Bonus that the instructors are as fun and personable as they are knowledgeable. And... I've made new friends. Lastly, outside, socially- distanced classes = no COVID fear. Win, win, win. 😊

If you're looking to escape the COVID doldrums and get moving, I can't recommend Bootique enough. Especially for those of you who aren't into "fitness" -- try it and you might surprise yourself. I'm a dancer and pilates nerd, not at ALL a typical bootcamp type of gal. But with everything closed down, I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm so glad I did. The teachers are incredibly kind, uplifting, motivational, non-intimidating, and friendly. Genuinely. One of my favorite things is that they have a strong, active community even outside of classes -- think game

Jaylin has created something special here: a workout that *will* change your body, a relentlessly positive environment, and a supportive sisterhood that sincerely supports one another. I love the boot camps at Bootique Fitness ! The class is upbeat and energeticAll of the instructors I have met Jaylin and Sabrina were so nice and positive. Both very welcoming and a great work out. The boot camps are in various locations but I love the one on the bay . The view is beautiful and close to home. I recommend the boot camps if you are more outdoorsy.

I have been coming to Bootique Fitness for a month now and I absolutely love the classes, format, location, and above all the instructors! I moved to SD from SF last year and had a hard time finding engaging energy filled workout classes. I came across Bootique Fitness and after much procrastination finally joined the group as part of the Little Black Dress boot camp! My favorite part about the classes is the outdoors nature of it. My coworkers and I joined Bootique for the Little Black Dress Challenge (a 6 week bootcamp). I really love being able to do workouts outside, it's so much more motivating than in the gym. Most of the classes I took where with Sabrina and she is such a great trainer! I also like that there are dance classes (Zumba) with Jaylin to switch it up during the weekends. Would definitely recommend! I do wish that they still offered yoga classes because I love being able to add that to my strength training. Overall, a great, supportive community of women that Bootique has created!

I joined Bootique only 2 weeks ago in order to give myself a challenge. I have never liked boot camps to be honest. However, I am already feeling stronger and more motivated. I like that they are 45 min long and the other ladies are very motivating and friendly. If you are looking for a cardio workout, there is also a dance class- Zumba like but more hip hop and that is fun too.

Bootique Fitness is AMAZING! Jaylin is fantastic and does a great job of checking in with you to ensure you are making the most of your experience. On top of that, the entire community is so welcoming! I have been attending the dance classes and boot camps for about 3 weeks now and have been so happy with the entire experience! I can't say enough good things about Bootique fitness! In May when I started, I didn't even really want to work out, just wanted to be healthier. There was no way I was going to go at 6am, and absolutely not more than 4-5x a week. Last week I went to 4 classes at 6am and 8 classes total for the week (which still sounds crazy to me).

The workouts are fun, never boring and just the right amount of difficulty. As I get stronger I'm able to do more things so the workout stays challenging.

The BEST part are all the women are extremely supportive and have this incredible community

I can’t say enough about Bootique Fitness!! The classes are fun and the trainers are amazing. I am seriously addicted to the dance classes (even though I have two left feet). They offer a variety of classes including Dance, Yoga and Strength Training which are all awesome!! I think the best thing about Bootique is that you feel like part of a family. Not only do the trainers make you feel comfortable, but all the members as well. All the ladies are very encouraging and sincerely care about you and your fitness goals.

I was a member of Bootique Fitness for just under a year. What attracted me to their boot camps were the members coaching and what kept me going was the Zumba. Seriously. I never thought I would be a Zumba addict but the way Jaylin energizes you, you can't help but dance and laugh and sweat. Even if you lose your steps.

The boot camps are outdoors and can be challenging but the members (all women) are motivating and supportive and you won't want to stop. Bring your own yoga mat and a towel because the grass can often get wet. I mostly attended the Balboa classes and a few downtown.

Update: I've been a Bootique Fitness member for 1.5 years!
The Bootcamp classes have helped me reduce size from xlarge to medium in 1.5 years! I am transforming my body the right way by slowly replacing fat with muscle. I feel confident in my clothes and I look good in shorts.
My fitness level in several areas has improved- strength, agility, flexibility, stamina, power, and core strength.
I am now in a groove with my diet and exercise because of the bootcamp trainers and nutrition accountability page and the comradery of my fellow members!

I've been working out with Bootique Fitness by attending Boot Camp (outside in the fresh air) and Dance Fitness Classes regularly for about 6 weeks now and - wow- am I seeing results. I've dropped a full dress size, am stronger, and more in shape than I've been in years. My balance and endurance are also improving. Because I'm having such great results and so much fun I look forward to each activity. I have been working out with Bootique Fitness for almost a year and a half now and I have lost 56lbs! I have worked out at different gyms around San Diego over the years as well as going at it on my own. Nothing has kept me going as long as Bootique Fitness has, Jaylin and her team are amazing! I always felt awkward and out of place at a gym but these trainers make you feel comfortable ! The trainers really work for you and care about what you need and want you to succeed! Still here. Waaah? YAS! I have met so many inspirational ladies and they help me put gas in the sass! I love this team of ladies. Some I met in 2012 others I met a few days ago. We encourage and support each other. Like no other!

Imagine a workout outside, with a group of women all ages, laughing and talking and screaming words of encouragement through the entire workout at each other. All are accepted. No matter age, weight or injuries. Modifications is a language they speak.

Please come and meet some of the best, supportive friends/ladies/trainers I've ever met.

I decided to try out Bootique's bootcamp over 4 years ago after growing tired of roaming around a gym, not getting results on my own. Bootique has helped make me a stronger, better person, not just physically, but mentally as well. The trainers are the best and will meet you at your fitness level so that ANYONE can attend these workouts. I have attempted other group fitness classes and have felt intimidated or out of place; this has never been the case with Bootique. The workouts are ever-changing and always so much fun!

I've been taking Zumba classes since they started in the U.S., I tried Jaylin zumba and it is the worst zumba I have ever experienced because she just does her own thing and I did not see one person in the class getting close to comprehending her style or routine, it is not true Zumba. Everone seemed mad in the class because they could not follow her wierd routine, its her weird version of hyped up rap music jump class/not real Zumba, I walked out of the class, it was a disappointing waste of time.

I have been going to Bootique for two years and am still love it just as much as when I started! I used to be a person that would get really into one type of workout for a while, get bored, and need to find something new. But with Bootique each workout is completely different so you don't get tired of the exercises or format. Because of this each workout goes quickly. San Diego's Bootique Fitness is the best all-women's fitness company around! If you're a woman looking for gym you can stop looking now because Bootique Fitness has it all- the great outdoors and fresh air, the most dynamic and motivating classes, the camaraderie of the other women, the locations and times, and my favorite- the most knowledgeable and fun trainers! To be able to get a great workout done within 45 minutes is hard to say no to, especially when you're having fun doing it.

The reasons why Bootique boot camps are better than going to the gym:
-Boot camp is for
