Don’t move here. No one answers my calls or takes care of the problem. My upstairs neighbor keeps spilling gasoline and it makes my whole apartment smell for days and they have done nothing about it. Now my front porch smells like weed and I called and again no response. Honestly I made a mistake moving here! Save yourself the trouble and find another complex!

Not impressed with management office. My car was broken because the gate has not been fixed. There have been Several car break-ins and home break-ins as well. I am hoping something is done about the gait to keep people out. Or adding Camera footage that notes which plates go in and out. Other than that the apartment complex is nice interiorly.

During the apartment showing we were told that we would receive a $500 off special for signing a lease within 48hrs, which we did and we were never told that it would not be eligible on a 6 month contract, we were also never informed of a $150 fee for signing a contract less than 10 months. I am not one to write reviews about anything (good or bad), but today, I feel compelled to write a very honest review. Moved here in 2016 when this community was brand new and some of the buildings were not even fully completed. This is not your traditional apartment setting, so the town home set up already sets it apart. I have lived through several sets of management, seen neighbors come and go. I’ve worked at home the entire time, so I see and hear a lot more than maybe the next person who’s away at work all day. For a while I thought that the current management and maintenance team reminds

My husband and I have lived at the ranch for the last year and really love it! It’s clean and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. We very seldom hear our neighbors and have never gotten complaints from the unit below us so I’d say they’re well insulated. The ceilings are my favourite as they’re vaulted and the unit has great space and ample storage. Although we also rent a detached garage for extra storage for Christmas decor and our car of course! If I had complaints it would be that the gym isn’t cleaned often but otherwise we have been thoroughly happy here. Thanks for having
