Horrible. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. As soon as we walked in there was a lady with a white dog. From the the way they carried on, seemed like she worked or lived there. We were in town on business.
The guy serving us came in from that room, and my immediate thought was, I hope he wasn't petting the dog, and if he did, please God I hoped he washed his hands.
Dog in restaurant aside, I held out hope the food would be good. It's an old building but it had its charm. Too bad the food was terrible. Well done doesn't mean burnt. Seasoning was amateurish, at best. We

Each experience I’ve had at Billy’s was outstanding. The service from the employees and the owner makes dining here a really fun time. I recently booked a private room here for a small gathering and I felt like everyone had a great time and had amazing meals. Thank you Billy’s staff for making us feel so welcome.

We loved the ambiance and the wine pourings were generous. Service was pretty good. I give it a 3 star bc what I ordered wasn't described well on the menu. It came absolutely smothered in onions and red peppers and lots of other veggies and served with red rice. Nothing about that on the menu and I absolutely do not like any of that stuff. I couldn't even find my chicken. We will go back but I will ask "what does that come with?" next time.

The restaurant is a beautiful old home with lots of character, the food presentation is appealing, but it may have just been an off day but what happened was ridiculous. First incident. Appetizer was mussels in white wine sauce, some were almost ice cold even though the shells were open, which Isent back. Second. Asked for another glass of wine, brought a different type than my first. Third. When my guest and I received our lamb chops almost 2 hours later, both were at best rare to raw and one was supposed to be medium. We got up explained how disappointed and unexceptional the meal was, tipped
