I went here today for an hour body massage as i've had an insanely painful knot in my shoulder for over a week. i've had massages at 5 star resorts where i've paid hundreds of dollars. I paid $60 for the best massage of my life today. whoever did my massage (I unfortunately didn't get her name) has the hands of an angel. she worked out the knot in my shoulder without my being in excruciating pain. I will return here time and time again.

Relaxing massage spot on the outskirts of PB!
Not walking distance from the beach, but that's why they make it up with quality & making sure you leave refreshed & ready to tackle the rest of Pacific Beach + San Diego in general.

What a great experience, my friend Tyler and I walked in without an appointment. After seeing a sign that is pretty cheap. We thought to ourselves that it would be too good to be true. Yu Yu and Rose put us into a fantastic mood. They both focused on our main areas of pain. I feel like we're experts and we both recommend you drop in for a 30 or 60 minute massage.

Likely the most technically sound Asian massage I've gotten.. the "pressing" that some reviewers mentioned is so effective. Totally put my nerves in a relaxed state by smooshing from my skull to my tailbone.
It is everything I want in a massage when my body gets tight. Not a relaxing spa type. This is body repairing techniques. Down the channels on the back hitting every point. The forearm work is excellent and she wasn't afraid to go deep in the spots most don't pay attention to. So needed! I will go back for sure!

Best massage ever. I pointed out my 'problem' area to Sasha, actually asking her not to directly press on it and instead she located all the muscles around it and cleared up an issue I have had with my neck for years. My asthma has also been bothering me lately (the fires from NoCA always affect me) and she located the point on my feet to open my lungs, plus used hot stones on my chest. I must say, it was like a medicinal treatment. Very therapeutic. Two thumbs up!!

Do not recommend. This place is reasonably priced but the massage was disappointing for me. We paid for a 1 hour massage but both my and my mom’s masseuse left the room mid-session. There was a lot of “patting” of the body, rather than massaging...needless to say, not impressed.
While getting ready to leave, the woman at the front desk insisted that we leave a tip, she then proceeded to tell us that owner only pays the girls 10$ per hour...we were shocked and felt so uncomfortable, we even asked how is this possible that their employees are not even paid minimum wage?!? Hands down the BEST place for massages. My daughter and I have been coming here for a few years now and we leave happy every.single.time!!! I have referred my son, husband, niece, nephew and they all love it. Rose has always scheduled me with no problem, she is great and super nice. Lilly is one of our favorites, especially my daughter since she's used her alot. I have been using Sasha lately and oh my gosh she is good. We have done both the full body and chair massage. They are truly the best.

I have been here four times now and have experienced the best massages ever in my life and believe me I’ve been to quite a few!! I love the Thai combo techniques and always feel so good the next day! Bella has fixed my neck and I just want to tell all my friends to go here and get your body rubbed out. My mother who is 83 is feeling so much better since getting these massages!

Sorry but have to post this as they practically forced me to give a $30 tip on a $85 "90" minute massage, which left a sour impression considering the massage was not good, the staff did not listen at all to what i asked for and ignored any requests to focus on my back and neck only. Booked a 90 minute massage, the massuse left the room after 70 minutes and had spent a total of less than 5 actually massaging my back instead focusing most of the time elsewhere. The techniques were not what I was looking for at all and i left regretting the decision having a bad experience. Wouldnt have bothered

I have chronic pain issues, old sports injuries and lupus.
I came in expecting the same old,, auto pilot massage. At about 15 minutes in, I realized I was tearing up, actually starting to cry a bit.
Not from pain but from relief and relaxation, like a weight off my shoulders.
I have traveled all around the world and Amy was the first person to manage to relax my arm enough to get my shoulder over my head.
She honestly cared about what she was doing and I could tell she was invested in trying to relieve my pain and was focused and cared about her job.

I started going here cause I couldn't move my neck, after two session I had full movement of my neck. Very professional place with very polite personnel. Price for one hour is 55 dollars and it's well worth it. They will ask you to be fulling naked so don't be taken back as I was at first. Like I said very professional. This is a small business I will always support and I recommend this place to all people looking for a relaxing massage.

Don't hesitate and go there if you wanna feel fresh and all your tight and sore spots being worked out. My neck and shoulders always a problem for me and after that 1.5 hour massage i felt like a new person, all problem spots disappeared. "attention" $80 like really? Place is simple but clean, just don't expect smth luxury and you'll be very pleased.

My first time at this spa. I got the 1-hour body massage to see how it would go. My masseuse was awesome. I could tell she has had a lot of experience doing this. She knew how to find all the sore & tight spots! The facility was nice and clean, very professional but relaxing. I would highly recommend this spa as one of the nicest spa experiences I've had!
