Inner Diva is a women's fitness facility dedicated to the empowerment of women. We combine dancing, sensuality, and pole fitness to help women learn self-appreciation, as well as, to feel sexy. We pride ourselves on creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone who walks through our door feels special and wanted.
In time, and with lots of practice, we'll get you there one day! We pride ourselves in being a eight pole facility with qualified (and Aradia Fitness certified) instructors. Our instructors hold professional certifications in areas such as Pole Fitness, Group Fitness Instruction, and Personal Training.
We offer parties with different themes for a variety of occasions including, but not limited to: Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties, Girls Nights "In", Divorce Parties, and more. We've decided to bring back our Suite 69 Showcase in the form of an EXCLUSIVE Couple's Only party option! We always pride ourselves in offering an EXPERIENCE and our Suite 69 party does not fall short.
Get unlimited access to any Beginner or All Level group class for a week for the price of two classes. These sessions are for pole students who desire more attention than a group provides or for those who might feel a little uncomfortable about the group setting. Students can either come prepared with a list of desired moves or a curriculum can be provided by the instructor.

I went to Inner Diva for a year. Began my pole dance journey at Inner Diva and now I moved out of state and have tried other studios and literally miss Inner Diva every day! Inner Diva is a really really good studio because the instructors are detail oriented and really try to help you until you master the move. They also stress on doing it on both sides and always stress proper technique and form which is so important and sometimes absent in mediocre studios. The poles are super tall because of the high ceilings which is a bonus and the lighting at the place makes filming videos super cool.

Where do I begin!!! I booked a p-valley themed party for my birthday and we had some much fun!!!! I believe her name is Tay, my apologies if I got the name wrong, but she's was a great instructor, great personality, and I loved her!!! Definitely will be booking again and doing the weekly classes. This is safe space to be sexy and get a good work out in! Plus I loved it's a black owned business. Thank you so much for a great 29th birthday experience!!!!

I have been attending classes at Inner Diva Fitness for more than two years. I started when I began a journey to advance in my fitness and my self-esteem. I called prior to going to the first class and spoke with the owner who was very patient with me (and my millions of questions). I went to the first class and had the most fun I have ever had at a dance or exercise class in my life. This place is empowering for women and the staff is extremely supportive of you and your goals. This place is an absolute COVID disaster. Stuff and members are not required to wear masks, there is not enough ventilation, and members are training way closer than 6ft apart. Moreover old worn out equipment and lack of hygiene makes this place a total disaster. Lastly as soon as they get a hold of your credit card information - the owner will charge it without your authorization and proper notification. Avoid this Inner Scam at any cost. There are plenty of good studios in Charlotte. This one is just terrible. Will be reporting this establishment covid violations to NC DHHS office.

I recently hosted a bachelorette party here. 13ish girls. They taught us 2 routines! The instructor was very friendly. They allowed a cooler! They also helped us take pictures! If your looking for a place to host a group activity this is the spot! Seriously, they really made us feel special.

My wife attended this studio for a year. This was the closest studio to our previous location. What can we say - studio is in a very poor shape - dirty mirrors, broken worn old poles, shady location in general. Also, within a year we got charged wrong amounts multiple times. Very often classes don’t start and finish on time, however if you are late - you are not be allowed to come in. In addition the owner has very very very poor customer service skills - and this is why we signed up with a new studio, which is way above Inner Diva in equipment and what most important studio where you don’t

I had an event today from 9-11am, the owner was there before we arrived. Though it was early and not the friendliest welcome we were able to set up quickly and get our Yoga class going. I did have to sign a contract and the poles are not included in the space rental ($75/pole) so we didn’t use them at all. I also had to provide liability waivers for my class participants, which was an easy fix if you download Smartwaiver Kiosk. There is a great amount of space to set up outside of the dance floor/pole area. It’s very clean there are two bathrooms and there’s yoga mats and other things for
