Andrew is the Owner & Head Trainer at Body3! He teaches 1-on-1 personal training sessions, semi-private training classes, cardio classes, boot camps, and run coaching. He works hard to help members reach their health and fitness goals! Andrew has been an athlete his entire life starting with (very) little league baseball when he was only 3.
At Body3, we help people learn how to live healthier, happier lives! Our focus on functional fitness, achievable nutrition, and caring accountability to help members lose weight and keep it off. Private Training - This is the most PERSONALIZED type of training we offer at Body3. These 1-on-1 sessions sessions are different for each member.
Here is an email from Andrew, Owner & Head Trainer, about our plan for opening back up and the extra safety precautions:. Level II classes will be open for 6 people, and Cardio classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays, capped at 8 people. You'll need to sign up ahead of time. We will have extra wipes and hand sanitizer placed throughout, as well as protocols for everyone to follow so we can stay clean and healthy.

You'll meet with Andrew (the owner), get a tour of the gym, and talk about you and your health/fitness goals.

I went to body 3 for a long time over all my experience was really really good I enjoyed everyone I like going to work out my favorite time was around the 5:30 a.m hour. My sessions lasted 30 minutes. I liked the food plans and them helping me with meal planning. I liked everything about the gym the layout the style the environment the people the other people that used to come into work out were nice. I like the the protien bars the meal replacements and everything that they offered they offered water and towels to. The only thing that I kind of had a problem with was the price it was a little

I have found a new personal training "home." I have been working out with a personal trainer for almost 10 years and the last ~ 5 with the same person (Mike W). During these crazy times, with the gyms closed, I was worried about digression (aka back sliding). I had been going to the Y (where I worked with Mike), but they naturally closed, furloughed Mike and don't plan to reestablish their PT program till mid summer (maybe!!). I could not wait any longer. I am thrilled with my experience training for over a year with Andrew at Body 3. I joined just before I became pregnant, worked out through my entire pregnancy, and now I am under my pre-pregnancy weight and more in shape than before baby at 4 months post partum. The work outs are tailored to your fitness level and they are very approachable. They also offer a group training option and extra classes weekly to amp up cardio. I love the owners, the atmosphere, and the other members I have met through this gym. Highly recommend!!

Body3 Personal Fitness has a true family atmosphere! Everyone is so supportive and so inspiring from the oldest client to the youngest! The Saturday morning bootcamps and the everyday small ground classes are amazing! I recommend everyone try!

I’m so happy with the results of my year and half of personal training at Body3. The owners have created an atmosphere where all ages and levels of fitness can come together to learn how to achieve their desired results. I have been overwhelmed with the compliments I have received, and my friends and coworkers keep asking me how I did it. The work outs are intense, efficient and effective. This place is a hidden gem. I just toured the facilities with the owner and was given excellent attention by him and all of his staff. This place gives me the feeling of being part of a sport team where you have an athletic staff dedicated to helping you. I recommend checking it out.

Excellent staff and clients. A very personal gym where everyone really does care about your health and well-being. Great nutrition counseling. Staff is not pushy or judgmental and clients encourage each other. No "hard bodies" strutting around and monopolizing the equipment. Love the small group training with 5 clients and one trainer and individual sessions to work on specific goals. Lots of extras at no charge: 4 cardio classes per week; boot camp early every morning and at 9am on Saturday; weigh-ins; accountability. This was the type of gym I had been looking for for years.

Body3 is the best gym in town. The big box fitness centers are crowded and impersonal. The staff at Body 3 really cares about my goals and is always available to answer questions or help me get a better workout. One of the best things they do is nutrition counseling. I have learned how to eat healthier without giving up on delicious food or generous portions. Both the small group workouts and the private training sessions are awesome (and competitively priced). The clients support and encourage each other, and have become friends I look forward to seeing.

I called and made an appt to meet with a trainer to discuss training at the gym and the Takedown Lifestyle (TDL). From what I read on the website and what Ruben (B3 trainer) explained to me, the TDL is a highly personalized weight loss/weight management program that tells you how many calories and macro-nutrients to consume based upon your exercise habits, age, weight, height, etc.
Ruben was very helpful and answered my questions. I emailed him to say I had decided to train elsewhere but I wanted to start TDL plan. I asked several questions by email which he responded to. When I asked about

Such an awesome gym!!!! When I was researching gyms, I had 3 that I was interested in visiting before committing to one. When I went to Body3Fit, I didn't need to go anywhere else!! The staff was so welcoming and they really strive to help you meet your personal goals. I do the fitness classes and small group classes and always feel great after all my workouts. I've also tried different trainers and you get the same quality workout with everyone. Great gym with great people!

Body3 Fitness Center is a great gym with personalized service! The staff is super friendly, and seem to genuinely care. Richard is my trainer, and he kicks my butt three times a week! This is much better than one of the big commercial gyms!

One of the hardest things I've ever done is walk into Body3 Fitness for my first training session. Would I be the oldest one in the gym? What if I can't physically do the exercises my trainer wants me to do? Is this going to be just one more thing that I try and then quit?
I've been training with Richard now for a month. From the first day, Richard has challenged me and coached me so that I am doing things I would have never dreamed possible a few weeks ago. My workouts are never easy but they are never boring either. I am already seeing results!

I have only been going to Body 3 Fitness for a couple of months, but joining this gym was one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. It's a small facility and it feels more like you are working out with friends then going to a huge faiclity where you feel like you are in a meat market, are being sized up by your ability (or lack thereof) or that you just don't belong there.

This is a great gym if you want a personal experience where the people know your name and care about your health goals. All the staff are friendly and the trainers provide great workouts for every level of fitness. As a new member I've been impressed with the programs offered to their members and the follow through. They have a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle that includes good nutrition and meal planning.
