The real deal. Classic Greek food from a family owned business of 32 years and counting. A must try!!! Don't forget to tip big! Well worth it.

Awesome food , loved the spanakopita , tzatziki, saganaki , really authentic food . My family and I loved it , lots for vegetarians too
The eggplant is excellent

This is a rating for delivery only. The food was good but it took a while for delivery, and arrived cold. The flavors were pretty good but the chicken was dry and we're not sure if this was due to the delivery. We would try it again if we're in the neighborhood next time.

Gotta start with the fact that this place was on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares! Had no idea until I saw another Yelp review and my wife and I had to watch the episode (full episode on YouTube)! Really cool to see the renovations made to the dining room and modified menu!

Okay, so you can see from the pics attached that we ordered an appetizer of the Spanakopita, chicken yannis, and lamb loin chops. I hope the pictures do the dish justice. The food was delicious, we had pork skewers and the seasoning was great. The meat was a little dry but it could be due to the food being ready for a while for take out. They also provide a free dessert. Will be back to try other dishes.

One of our favorite places for either casual or dress-up date night. Family owned and operated. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Make reservations!! New Years Eve includes Greek dancing presentation, it's amazing!!

Wanted to try something different and Greek sounded good because I haven't had much of that before. In my research I thought I would try Yannis and I certainly was not disappointed!
I wanted to make sure that I tried a couple of things so I got a chicken Shawarma and also a chicken hummus gyro. Both of them came in a gyro style wrap and both were very well portioned meals! I ordered the Shawarma with a Greek salad and the hummus style came with a garlic fries. The gyro bread was perfectly fluffy without being too fluffy or chewy. Okay wow! Yanni’s did not disappoint us at all! We ordered take out as a birthday dinner and a celebratory dinner for the day after our wedding! It was our first time ordering food from here, but after our friend wanted Mediterranean food, I searched for a restaurants with the best ratings! This is hands down some of the BEST food we’ve had. Of course I found out about them from Kitchen Nightmares reruns. I'm not from the Seattle area. But to know that they turned the restaurant around is a true testament to the family. Now to the food. I had a Greek salad and then the lamb chops with rice and vegetables. The food was delicious. The lamb chops were seasoned perfectly. Service was very attentive and the owner spoke to my son over the phone which made his day! I would most definitely go back and try something different

Waitress was so sweet. Food and service was more than amazing, she even came out and gave us free leftover fresh lemonade:)

I've ordered several times now at Yanni's and always end up salivating over the smell and so satisfied with the taste. If you need a go to for a quick and easy picnic/appetizer bring-along, I would absolutely suggest the Mezedes Platter Orektika. What a deal at $20! Your friends will love you for this yummy authentic Mediterranean cuisine. I can't stop myself from eating some of it and trying to cover it up like it's the way it came. Hahaha! And the falafel is soooo flavorful and spicy! The best I've had to date. You go Yanni!!!

I've been curious about this place since it was on Kitchen Nightmares so I ordered takeout from here online tonight. I got beef moussaka with rice pilaf ($21) and baklava ($6).

When I showed up to the window, the lights were out in the dining area because they only do takeout so I was concerned for a moment that they were closed already. Karen (who was on the episode) didn't see me right away but after I got her attention she was friendly and got me my order right away. My order was ready right when it was supposed to be, so that's a definite plus.

I got home about 15 minutes

This is a great local place. It is located right on greenwood and is easy to access. I love being able to call in an order and taking a walk up and down the ridge before picking it up. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. There are always good deals on great food. The fish is delicious. The skewers were also very tasty. Whatever you do definitely get some extra pita and hummus. It is well worth it. The desserts are flaky and light with a great flavor. This is one of my go to night in take out dinner spots.

I just ordered delivery from here, and it was absolutely worth an immediate review. The food was incredible! All the ingredients were so fresh, the food packed with flavor, the presentation (even for delivery!) incredibly beautiful. I'm so happy with my meal, I can't way to try more of their menu. Thank you SO much to the chefs and owners who clearly put a lot of pride into their craft!

Yianni's is the best Greek restaurant in Seattle. Tried this restaurant on a whim in 2018 and loved it and have been coming back ever since. We always start with the spicy tyrokafteri feta dip and the Horiatiki salad. The the pita wraps (chicken shawarma is a favorite) are all great. They also usually have great specials. Baklava is delicious. This past year we have been placing orders for pick up and they're always fast and the pick up window is extremely safe and convenient. Highly recommend!

This was a horrible experience. I called my order in ahead and they did not have it ready for 30 minutes after the time they told me to arrive. By that time, one dish was cold and the other was hot. No offers of any kind to mitigate the long wait. Do not recommend at all

Yanni's is awesome. We got takeout the other night and the text alert said it would be 45min wait. Ended up being only 20min, saweeeet! I'm Greek so have grown up eating Greek food a lot. This place is legit, staff is very friendly, and they are playing it super covid safe. Thanks guys!

Best Greek food in America. Period. Growing up in Europe I had really really really missed good, authentic Greek food on the east and west coast until I stumbled upon Yanni's. Every single time we come to the Coachella valley, Yanni's is our first and last stop (especially during this pandemic we try to support this family-owned business as much as possible!)

Ordered form here through Uber Eats and really enjoyed it! Of course it got expensive (as most deliveries do with fees and tips) but aside from that the value was decent. We got the egg lemon soup (this was a bit weird as it said $6 on the menu but then only allowed one size, "regular", which added $3.50 to the $6) but it tasted really good! My boyfriend and I both got the chicken gyros - amazing tzatziki, lots of meat and veggies - and a good side portion (we got one salad and one fries). The fries and salad were both also really good! I ordered wraps for pick up from the window. The food is incredible! Literally haven't had this good of a Greek food since roaming the streets in Athens, we were pleasantly surprised. We've lived around here a while but this was the first time this year we tried it; I hope they do well during Covid so my family can become a frequent customer.

The food was so delicious! Very tasty everything we ordered was exceptional good we will be going back most defiantly. Highly recommend

So happy I stopped here for a much needed meal. I'm not normally looking for Greek food but this place impressed me.
They had very lovely Greek music for a nice atmosphere.
I had a special Pork Gyro that was excellent. Fresh Greek salad to accompany the marinated grill pork cutlet wrapped in a pitta. Well worth the price.
