It's really a no-brainer for men or for women. Being fit makes you feel better both physically and mentally. If huge fitness facilities aren't your speed and you can use some help in the motivation department to reach your fitness goals, then I am here to help you! I've seen my clients walk into my gym looking tired and depressed.

They ALWAYS leave 55 minutes later smiling and energized to continue their day. That's why I love this job! I've helped people lose weight, gain strength, and most of all. The new year is here and you've set those fitness goals. You go to the gym, you eat clean. Fast forward a few weeks and you're struggling to stay motivated and haven't met your goals.
Services
They help perfect form. Having a Personal Trainer beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable. A Personal Trainer will ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize results. If your form when exercising is not correct, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not achieving your goals (because nothing kills a dream like 10 weeks of prescribed bed rest!).

I actually look forward to my workouts with Audra! She works around my injuries and is truly concerned about my well-being. She pushes me just enough and I have fun while I am working out…which is important to me. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to my specific needs. I highly recommend her.

It has been my privilege to have Audra as my trainer for a little over a year. I am crippled and she has helped me become more mobile and strengthen my inner core. I appreciate that she pushes me, yet knows my limits. I would highly recommend this Wisconsin gal to anyone.

From the initial consultation is was clear that Audra knew what she is talking about. She does a fantastic job of motivating and picking exercise routines that keep the body guessing. She also has great advice for maintaining and increasing your gains while outside of the gym. Audra is a Wonderful person first of all, who really cares about the clients she is working with, she also pushes you past thresholds and is always there to believe in you and the goals you have set for yourself. As one who maintains a healthy lifestyle and has regularly worked out on my own 1-5x per week, I didn't previously feel a need to consider personal training. Audra is a fantastic trainer! I initially began seeing her to get in shape for my wedding and she did a great job helping me lose weight and gain lean muscle mass. She really listens to your goals and always pushes you to the next level. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always making workouts fun and challenging. I would highly recommend her as a trainer!

Audra is the perfect personal trainer. She assesses your fitness level, your fitness goals, and areas where you struggle to build a workout strategy based on her ongoing evaluation. She motivates without being intimidating. She's always smiling and encouraging. She actually makes it FUN to workout. The gym is small with private and semi-private rooms. It is a comfortable environment for those who don't like big gyms and lots of people. Your first visit with Audra is always free and she offers discounts with longer commitments. I highly recommend a visit to meet her and see the workout facility
