Part of the oath we take upon becoming veterinarians pledges to help avoid animal pain and suffering. We take this pledge very seriously and strive to eliminate or reduce pain for our patients when practical and possible.

We've been taking our pets to Lien for 8+ years and it's sad to see the level of service slowly deteriorating. We used to sing praises over this clinic. We have always loved seeing Dr. Kraabel, but it seems he has mostly retired and things don't seem the same at the clinic. With two aging pets and issues that seem to pop up at any moment, it's really frustrating that 1) I can't recall the last time the front desk answered a call 2) it takes at least a day (sometimes more) to return calls 3) they usually can't schedule appointments less than 3 weeks out. Honestly, it gives me a lot of anxiety knowing

Have been going here for the past few years and the only place we HAD trusted, we would drive all the way from Bellevue to see them. Unfortunately, their front office staff are unprofessional and condescending. Dr. Wolf was a large reason why I came here and it was because she always treated our dog like family! Promised appointments get cancelled, promised return calls are never completed. Karla = WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

We've taken our dogs to Lien for a few years now and have unfortunately seen their service slowly deteriorate. They are severely understaffed and, in turn, very slow to respond (likely why they are not currently taking any new clients).
Our dog recently injured his lower back and needs a doc consult and likely x-rays. When we (finally) got in touch with someone after multiple voicemails/emails, we were told that appointments for illnesses and injuries would not be available for several weeks and could not see our injured dog until December. Absolutely unacceptable and unreliable - we will be taking

Lien Animal Clinic is not what it used to be. I have happily taken my dogs to Lien for six years, yet they have changed in the past couple of years. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment and they pass you off to other clinics even when my dogs have been in urgent situations. Their prices have increased while their level of service has decreased. They recently have started to push extra services like teeth cleaning while not being available for basic or urgent care needs. The doctors are nice when you can get to them, but the overall care has left me looking for another clinic.

We always receive prompt, considerate service from knowledgeable vets and techs. The front desk is always helpful and friendly, and the pivot to Covid protocols was easily navigated (at least on our end!). It’s a great place to take rabbits, as Dr Wolf is wonderful. Additionally, their end of life care is so lovely.

The staff and providers we've come in contact with have been nothing but helpful, warm, and professional! We always feel they truly care about our pup and that the care has been thorough yet we aren't getting ripped off. Even in pandemic-restricted times they were accessible and efficient. So happy with Lien Animal Clinic, thanks guys!

I called around to different vets and got a great feeling from the initial call that my pet would be in good hands. I wasn't disappointed. My cat's first appointment was 100% positive. The staff was super sweet and answered all my questions and treated Prince with so much love. I won't go anywhere else!

Our pup had a pretty serious condition we had to treat and being new to the area had to choose a new vet. It was really scary since vets can sometimes be unpredictable in how good they are on various levels. Lien put all those fears to rest and really made the process a lot easier especially with the level of compassion they showed for our dog. I was a wreck on the days she had surgery and the constant updates with a little bit of humor were absolutely incredible. They managed to do this even while having minimal contact taking covid precautions, that says a lot about how brilliant they are.

I went to Lien's a long time ago to see how my yorkie was with a collapsed trachea. I adopted Sara when she was already sick, and I wanted her to be taken care of by the very best. Then when Jessica got ill, I was seeing another Vet for about 25 years. A long story, but they didn't care about my family; Jessica & Chloe'. So, I went back to Lien's. Everyone is wonderful at Lien, they care about my fur babies & me. Someone just called from Lien, I left them a message for tomorrow, but they called me just now. Chloe' & Jessica are taked care of by the best

My dog, Zoe, is a rescue and extremely leery of going to the veterinarian for anything. She panics and becomes defensive if she's forced into doing something too quickly, or separated from me. After trying several local veterinarians, I decided that Lien Animal Clinic was the most accommodating. Dr. Wolf was always extremely patient with Zoe and administered vaccines in the exam room, never separating Zoe from me. Zoe was appreciative and while she still didn't enjoy the experience, the defensiveness was a non-issue. Dr. Wolf knew exactly how to handle the situation.

I had been going to Lien for more than 20 years. I have previously posted outstanding reviews. Things have changed substantially. I have had four dogs who received all sorts of care there, including one dog who died of cancer and one dog who had to be put down in my home. I exclusively saw Dr. Kraabel who was/is an excellent vet. However, this week one of my older BIG dogs (95 lbs) suddenly couldn't walk on one of his hind legs. I called to see if I could get squeezed in and the receptionist just told me "no" and an appointment with someone wouldn't be open until at least next

Great experience! I have been taking my senior dog here for about 2 years now and have been happy with the customer service as well as the vets. Most recently my dog all of a sudden was limping and not wanting to bear weight on his leg. I was worried they wouldn't be able to see him right away since they're very busy during this pandemic. However they were amazing and able to see my dog that morning! Their new Covid protocols are great, they're wearing masks and meet you at your car, then take your pet in. Dr. Wolf was amazing and called me during the exam to explain what she

We've been going here for 10 years. They've taken care of six of our animals in that time.
My only complaint is it seems as soon as we get a vet we like, they move!
Staff is efficient, proficient, and professional. They are able to answer my questions.
Front desk is very reliable about returning missed calls.

Well hot dog, I am impressed. Today I had my first appt here. I had been taking my English bulldog to another nearby vet, and didn't get a warm feeling from them. They just weren't sweet to my pup, overall standoffish, and with corona virus- since we can't go inside with him- they just grabbed him without talking to him, giving him a pat, etc. and he was terrified coming back.
Lien was the exact opposite. They were so happy to see my pup, it's like they were excited to be there to help. They asked me lots of questions before taking him and talked to him as he walked.

Lien is a wonderful clinic, I had to take my dog in (despite quarantine, it was time sensitive). They have a great system- they meet you in the parking lot, you do intake there. Then they take your pet into the clinic- you wait in the car. Read a book, play on your phone, avoid spreading or exposing yourself to germs. They come back out to discuss conditions, treatment, etc. It’s so slick! And I didn’t feel “left out” for even one minute. My dog, usually scared of his own shadow, returned to the car as if he’d had a play date with the greatest humans around. I think

We began seeing Dr Wolf years ago at another clinic, we'd drive to Alaska for her.
We've been through rescues(with surprise pregnancies), purebreds with their usual health challenges, a tiny dog (now 17.5 and thriving!) and she's come through for us. As a vet she's brilliant, practical and understands both pets and owners.
Lien is clean, well organized, thoughtful and I have friends who also come here- all say they love it.

Really caring staff and no BS.
Check in process is easy and wait time is less than 5 min on a normal day . I really liked that the vet explained the issue my dog was having in bit more details rather than just prescribing a medicine . Everyone was super kind to Bella and showed so much love 💕!
There are limited parking spots at the clinic but plenty of street parking available . Lastly I appreciated the follow up call to check how’s her ear infection :)
Bella was back to being a happy dog after few days of treatment 🐾

These folks care about their animals and they listen to you. They took care of my pet when it was his time to be put down with grace and compassion, and were kind enough to do it at my house so I didn't have to scare him with one last vet visit, for which they will always have my gratitude. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Parking is tight, but there is street parking in the surrounding block.

I just picked up my two guinea pigs from Lien. Today was their second annual wellness check-up and second tooth trimming. We love Lien! The first time we went, Dr. Kraabel saw one of my pigs for a broken tooth. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and at that time scheduled a follow-up for both to get trimmings the next day. When he had a runny nose and eye gunk around the holidays, we weren't able to be seen, but got the appropriate medication prescribed.
Today's visit checkup was wonderful. We showed up a bit early, but Dr. Wolf saw us quickly and commented on a bit of weight

Can't say enough about this amazing vet. From reception to the vet techs to the vets themselves, everyone I have worked with has been fantastic. It's sometimes hard to get in right away since they are so popular, but definitely worth the wait. I especially love that they have rugs on the floor in all the exam rooms, a comfy spot for your dog to sit! Just one example of how they go above and beyond to take care of the patient - your pet!
