I like to try one new place once a month, and this place was incredible! Firstly, the staff was incredibly nice and made me feel very welcomed! Austin did a great job of waiting on my table and even the owners were very hands on and made sure my meal was perfect, this all made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the black garlic shrimp and sausage and holy cannoli was it amazing! I left that bowl clean! SPICY MEATBALL! Ok not spicy but very taste. I also had the gnocchi w/ house marinara and Caesar salad. All very good flavors, amazingly elegant ambiance, and the service was spot on. Food is wonderful, but don't EVER come in with a coupon. I used to come here all the time and loved the food, especially the Cioppino. I once received a coupon and decided to use it and to introduce my boyfriend to the restaurant. The owner Greg, was furious, and stood behind us (we were at the bar) yelling to someone at the end of the bar about the baseball score going on over our heads. It was SO RUDE and nasty. I asked the bartender what was going on, she said he didn't like coupons. THEN DON'T ISSUE THEM! I have not been back since, my boyfriend refused to ever go back. So he

We decided to try this Restaurant because we love Italian and it was close to home. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that our neighbors from down the street, Jill & Greg were the proprietors. The restaurant was beautiful the service was excellent and our dinners were absolutely delicious. We plan to return soon and recommend that all of our neighbors check out this little gem, right in our own neighborhood!

Amazing! Dined here twice during our time in Phoenix and it was amazing both times. As people have said, the owners are super friendly and accommodating, and the service is excellent. Both times we dined were during the holiday rush, so kudos to them for maintaining a high level of service. Food is delicious! Old school Italian, done well. You definitely need to make a booking as they are very popular.

WOW, I just had a spectacular dinner here and they just keep getting better. In a time when supplies are a mess, workers can't be found L'Amore is running on all cylinders. The most amazing part(besides great food, great service and a friendly staff) is their prices are as good or better than any place in town. Do yourself a favor and go there, don't listen to me or anyone else, TRY IT YOURSELF!! Thank me later, enjoy!

We came here to celebrate our engagement and we immediately felt like a part of the L'Amore family. We met the owners, the owners' cousins, half the staff, there was live music, our food was perfect, the table was perfect, I can't say enough good things about this place. The cuisine is excellent, we love the atmosphere and service Is impeccable. I ordered one of the dinner specials which was fresh sole (delicate white fish) with a lemon sauce served with linguine in a very light fresh sauce. The owners Kim and Greg are very hands on and all their hard works sure shows.

Great place, great food and great service. On vacation in town and we decided to look for a local joint that was well rated and of course, Italian! Did not disappoint! Food was really good, live music in the bar and everyone from the hostess to the bussers and servers were super friendly. The owner Greg came by and spoke to us and I always love that, especially when you're having a great time. Will come back next time in town and bring friends!

Nice little Italian restaurant in a great area. Super friendly service, and the owner is very personable. Had the French onion soup and seafood salad and my friend had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. The soup had good flavor and the croutons were grilled however just a little bit of sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese on the top. Seafood salad was on grilled romaine and was very good except for the description stated there was crab but look like they substituted octopus instead, likely a supply chain issue. The fettuccine with chicken was exceptionally good. Would definitely recommend this charming

One of my friends was visiting from out of town and craving Italian food. This was not on my radar and honestly it was only after not finding a table at multiple places that I decided to come here. I was convinced by previous reviews and quite frankly they were spot on. The food was probably a 4 but the service was outstanding. Our server was on top of everything, super polite and friendly. I have to say I really enjoyed my dinner night here at L'amore. The service was great! Austin was our server and he was superb. The ambiance with live music was so welcoming with dinner. Oh and the food was absolutely delicious! I mean it. I enjoyed the appetizer to the entree. This is a great place to go for date night or dinner. The owners are on deck and mingle and welcome all. This is one of the Italian restaurants that I will be visiting again. Date night, dinner or just out with friends. Try it...you'll like it!

We were seated on the patio (by request), and there were six of us celebrating a birthday (not mine). The patio area is gorgeous, and they leave enough room between tables.
I ordered the Seafood salad as I wanted something light. I took my first bite, a calamari, which was a tad too chewy and far from the best I've had, and I thought oh no, but the rest of the seafood was good. I would order it again.

I started with the mussels for appetizer with the white wine garlic sauce...my husband and I absolutely demolished them! Their pasta faziole soup is the beat I have ever had. First time in was last night. A neighborhood hidden gym that I have said for years I really wanted to try and I'm glad o got the opportunity.
Freshly cooked authentic Italian food that is flavorful. My guest and I were pleased with the friendly service, extensive wine list and menu options.
