Complete 14 month waste of time! Rasansky Law firm agreed to take my case on 1/23/2020 and today I receive a letter stating they have declined my case. No communications at all over this entire period until now. I called at the 6 month mark on July 23, 2020 and was told they were waiting on the report. I called again on the 12 month mark in January 2021 and was told they had no information. All I received was their silly newsletter offers via e-mail. They required over 1 year just to pull medical records for review. My 49 year old wife was hospitalized for 6 weeks in ICU unable to move and

The only good thing about this company, was the receptionist.She was my only point of contact, as all the others were like " fetch these medical records ".Thought I'd try this Firm since it was close to MAVS arena. Ha! From day one , they wanted my family to request all medical forms, pretty much do all the work, then to email and say " we can't take your case.I'm glad he didn't. Our case settled yesterday . NURSING HOME Abuse , was not a good experience here. We had just lost our father and the attorney was as rude and distant as anyone I'd seen.

I called and spoke to Elizabeth on 10/18 and after providing the details of my request she said she would talk to the attorney to see if it is a case they can take. After waiting over a week I called and left a voicemail for her on 10/26 and still have not heard back. That's in poor taste considering she took certain information from me including the name of the doctors. I would have anticipated a phone call with a yes or no they can take the case.
