Tina Topalian empowers her clients and students by blending her love of movement with her passion for the latest discoveries in neuroscience, integrated health and well-being. T2 Fitness Architects was inspired by her deep gratitude for the body as a portal to healing. Through her exploration of the intersection of contemplative practices with western science, she guides clients towards strengthening the brain-body-mind connection.

This experiential approach cultivates awareness that shifts temporary states to enduring traits. Strength, stability and focused awareness are on the other side! Tina Topalian (T2) is the owner of Ann Arbor based T2 Fitness Architects which provides yoga, functional fitness, and nutrition practices for individuals and groups.

Tina describes functional training as dynamically training real-life patterns of movement. You link brain, body and mind to align effective, efficient movement patterns to experience a defined outcome - whatever matters most to you. Functional training is about the quality and integrity of movement patterns.
