The doctor and dental assistants were absolutely great!
The only problem was the front desk ladies. Both with short hair were absolutely TRASH. Attitude for no reason. Honestly, make the office look terrible because they’re the first to attend clients when entering the office and the last to see while exiting. From the reviews I’ve read, seems like this is a norm. Overall, the experience with Dr Cruz and the assistant was great. They did a great job taking care of my little brother, BUT a great experience turned bad with the ladies up front.

When we entered, we immediately saw a kid yelling in the waiting room without a mask. Several kids were also playing in the small lobby outside the waiting room without any masks. This is really unacceptable, especially considering young kids are not eligible for COVID vaccine and the dentists here should not keep so many kids waiting at the same time. The reason we chose here is because it is pediatric dentist and we believed they may be more carefully to protect children. Unfortunately, compared with all the other dentists I have met, obviously this one is the worst and I will never recommend

Very disappointed! Too crowded in the waiting room and some people don't wear masks (or they allow them to take them off from their mouth while waiting). This place makes me feel very unsafe for my kids during this pandemic time and especially most kids haven't got vaccinated yet. We will not return again.

Needed an emergency appointment for our 4 year old. Called and was able to make a same day appointment. Dentist and technician made my very nervous child feel comfortable and at ease. Upfront on prices and talked us through everything. After what could have been a traumatic experience, my child is looking forward to her follow up visit.

I couldn't think of a more blessing customer experience! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I would recommend The Dentist for Kids to everyone. Dr Young take her time to explain what us going on & what needs to be done with my 2 years old boy. Dr. Young and her assistant Elizabeth were very friendly informative, and they made my son feel very comfortable and loved! I am so glad I was referred to them! I Highly recommend bringing your children to The Dentist for Kids.
