I contacted the Daves Law firm on 2 occasions. The first time I left a voice mail on John Daves' extension. After no response I called a few days later and spoke with the receptionist. She assured me Mr. Daves would call me back no later than the next day. Well, its been 2 weeks and still no response. In the meantime I found a real estate attorney who was far more responsive. As a real estate broker and investors, I will have future work for an attorney. The Daves Law Firm lost more than one transaction.

Today I called Lori Daves in an effort to help resolve an issue as a landlord with a tenant who I am having difficulty with. When I called the number for the office I expected a gatekeeper that would require me to schedule a time to speak with her while also requiring me to pay a consultation fee.

I'll admit it. I was angry when John didn't call back when he said he would. But the fact is.... he made the effort to say he'd call back! And he DID.... (a little late, but I get it; he's busy!) AND when he did call back, he spent way more time on the phone with me than I expected - at no cost. He's quick to understand your situation, thorough and thoughtful in his responses, and professional. IF I need an attorney in the near future (very good possibility) I will go to him.

I don't know why I haven't thought to write a review before now! Over the years we have gotten to know our lawyer, John Daves, and his lawyer wife, Lori, quite well and consider them our friends.
