Services
We are always looking forward to meeting your new addition to your family. At your kitten or puppies first wellness exam the doctor will do a thorough examination including listening to your pet's heart and lungs, examining their eyes, ears, and mouth, they will also palpate his/her abdomen to insure any health concerns.
You will find ample space to sit and make yourself comfortable. There is a wealth of knowledge in our brochure rack. You will also find several bulletin boards with health information, advertisements for pets and pet services, and one that is a collage of our patients. There is also a "kids corner" where they can color or play with toys from our toy basket.
Dr. Grewal is a graduate of Punjab Agricultural University, College of Veterinary Medicine, India in 1994. He also attended Perdue University of School of Veterinary Medicine for clinical rotations to further his experience. He has over 19 years of experience with small animal veterinary medicine and surgery both in British Columbia and Toronto, Canada as well as here at Ridgemont.
Josh started with us July of 2017 as one of our part time kennel staff. He is graduate of Spencerport High School. Josh is currently looking into a skilled trades career while still caring for our boarding animals here. At home, Josh and his family have 2 golden retrievers, Oso and Mia. In his free time Josh enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring.
Our staff strives to keep our clients well educated. That is why periodically some of our staff members write educational articles for our clients to enjoy. Some of them will be ways to improve the care of your pet. Others may be on current health issues in our area. While others may be a little more fun including articles on special/rare breeds, or the insides of how an animal hospital works.

Four year old cats don't just fall over and die after their vet visits. I begged you to please read my cat's medical history before prescribing her anything and you said you were "too busy" and didn't have the time? Nothing short of medical negligence. You run your office like a cattle call. All my cat was to you was a number and a $ sign.

Never been to a vet where your animal goes into an immediate downward spiral in health AFTER your vet visit. My animal DIED because of being treated as a number and dollar sign instead of an animal that mattered and needed undivided attention. The doctor didn’t even read my pet’s prior history from a different vet as he claimed he didn’t have time to. Really? Now our beloved pet is dead because of wrong prescription and list goes on. Also, these people buy bots, AS OTHERS HAVE SAID IN THE REVIEWS, to make up for all the negative reviews. PRICE GOUGING is also their preferred method of payment

Great clinic with knowledgeable staff and friendly vets. Very expensive though. Charged for a full exam for booster shots when just had a full exam 3 weeks prior and can't get the shots without the exam. Quite a rip-off. Only stuck with them because they were great during Covid when it was almost impossible to get an appointment. The lady that made the appointment for me went above and beyond to accommodate and price was very fair. Since then, can't go to an appointment without spending $300, even for booster shots.
