Westmere Fitness offers businesses and corporations group fitness classes that merge group exercise with personal training to deliver the best workouts to our clients. Why are our group classes the ultimate format? Because they combine energy and camaraderie along with the expertise and individual attention you get from a personal trainer.
Suspension trainig born in the Navy SEALS, suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Perez. It involves dance and aerobic elements and incorporates hip-hop, salsa, meren-gue, mambo, samba, and other styles of dance.
Owner of Westmere Fitness and marathon runner! He is passionate about the lifestyle and loves to be inspired by his client's purpose, focus, and dedication. He loves helping people achieve their fitness goals and he understands first hand that health challenges can affect energy levels and make it difficult to stay dedicated to a workout routine.

Carlos, Mari and the team are very dedicated, provide great training and mentoring to get to the next level, whatever level you are. The variety of classes from Zumba, HIIT, boot camp, yoga are awesome. The focus and attention on individuals is great in group sessions. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend to those who want to improve on the health.
