Whether you're looking for daily WOD emails to be sent the night before a WOD, or a hand-built custom training program, the Mountain Strong Training online program has options right for you.
Services
We break you down to build you up, stronger. That goes for the beginner and the sponsored/pro athlete. We believe that sweat and hard work is therapeutic, and that nothing worth having comes easy. This is Mountain Strong. This is training with purpose. Mountain Strong Denver is a gym dedicated to helping you excel in the gym, on the rock, at your job, in the yard with your kids, or in the rarest of alpine and mountain situations.
We are an indoor rock climbing and high intensity training facility. All of our gym workouts are done in small group classes and focus on building real-life, usable strength and functional fitness. We offer two main paths, both different yet exceptional.

Choose our high intensity training classes for overall conditioning and fitness, or focus your skills more towards rock climbing and mountain adventures by trying our Rock Climbing Training Classes or BootCamps.
Our membership classes and sport specific training camps (climbing, ski/snowboarding, cycling, olympic weightlifting) are designed to produce supremely skilled and conditioned athletes, both physically and mentally. We use all the modalities at our disposal to build strength and resist injury while focusing heavily on the strategies and philosophy of excelling in whatever you choose to spend your time doing.
We ask our athletes to signup for classes they wish to attend on Mind Body Connect. Drop-ins are welcome anytime but please show up 10 min early to sign a waiver. Call or email us ( info@mountainstrongdenver.com ) ahead of time if possible, this helps us monitor class sizes and ensures you have the best coaching support we can provide.
Just a reminder that you MUST sign in on MindBody before every class! Make it a habit to plan your training week on Sundays- it helps us and your training consistency. You are welcome to do your own work out during scheduled class times, but please check Mindbody first. If the classes are full, DO NOT come in.

I am 40 and life of sitting behind a desk and owning business's had caught up with me. I was 40 pounds over weight and had not done any kind of exercising for 15 years. I was very intimidated by the thought of going to a gym, let along a crossfit gym. I had heard how intense work outs could be. The community that Mountain Strong has been able to cultivate is wonderful. With many conditioning gyms, it sometimes can feel intimidating but not here. The coaches and owners make you feel part of their family. The members are open, friendly, and the best part, encouraging. Best gym I’ve ever joined. The coaches and community make the difference. From a coaching perspective, technique and safety come before performance. The coaches care more that you don’t get hurt than any other nonsense. The community, while friendly, pushes you to do your best. I’ve seen more gains in the last year than from any other competitive workout program.

I can only review this place based on their climbing boot camp, but so far I highly recommend it. It says something when you can barely walk or raise your arms the next day after a workout. I like the climbing specific training instead of just general crossfit. The staff I have worked with so far has been motivating without yelling at you. I appreciate the extra focus on form to ensure nobody gets hurt. If you're trying to get up a grade, or 2!! Give them a try next boot camp.

The is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The coaches and other members are very supportive, encouraging, and helpful. I first started attending the gym as part of their seasonal Ski Conditioning class. When I began working out, an empty barbell was my workout weight, which made it intimidating to watch serious athletes workout around you. However, nobody judges or cares how much you can lift. Everyone is just happy to see people show up and work hard. I can highly recommend Mountain Strong!

I have been going to Mountain Strong since December and have enjoyed the challenge of the classes and the feeling of community that the gym offers. I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, and although I am newer to lifting, they have been patient and provided excellent feedback. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gym that is just as passionate about fitness, health, and the outdoors!

I've been a member at Mountain Strong for two months and it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches care, teach you and push you to your limits. There is a place for everyone: Crossfitters, Climbers, and anyone willing to push themselves to be better. Wouldn't want to call any other gym home!
