We are a private training facility in the truest sense of the term. When you are at Rawmana Fitness you are either in a transformation session, getting your body tested or you are training somewhere else. Walk outside and you will see sledgehammers, tractor tires and fire hoses along with hundreds of rocks weighing anywhere from 50 - 200lbs.

Hydrostatic body fat testing, or underwater weighing, is the immersion of the body in water to get the most precise measurement of body fat percentage. Based on the Archimedes principle, hydrostatic testing is a more exact measurement because bone, muscle and connective tissue, known as lean mass, sinks while body fat floats, giving you a more accurate measurement than with traditional body fat testing methods.
Measurements are processed by six analytical modules and presented in easy-to-understand graphics. Analysis of fat and fat-free mass, total body water, extracellular water, intracellular water and skeletal muscle mass. I couldn’t recommend a gym more highly. I’ve been training with Sia, the owner, for the last five months and have far exceeded my expectations for myself. The gym has an excellent team of trainers—Kalani, Keti, Joe, Sia, among others—who work with you to set realistic goals to transform your body and diet.

After interviewing several gyms and trainers, my wife and I decided to work with Sia at Rawmana. He comes from a bodybuilding and dance background, knows his stuff and has achieved results with us that were beyond my expectations. The gym owners, Sia and Ida, have a great team of trainers who are not afraid to see the potential in you that you didn't see in yourself. I just wanted to shout out Ariel Montellano and Rawmana Fitness for an amazing 3 months of personal training!
I was getting lazy and unmotivated to work out when Covid hit (who wasn't?!?). I started a 2x weekly personal training session over Zoom with Ariel. We increased to 3x weekly and I got stronger, more confident and experienced a huge boost in mental acuity at work (I help travel nurses find jobs around the country).
This month I am celebrating being able to:
- do 25 push ups straight through
- hold a 2 minute plank
- play 2x2 beach volleyball for 3 hours (after 6 months of social distancing

Rawmana fitness is unlike any other gym that I've been to. I walked into Rawmana on Thanksgiving morning basically in tears, so fed up with being lazy and overweight. I was met by Sia(owner) and Kalani(trainer) who sat down with me and listened to me complain and lay out my fitness goals. Oh man, where do I begin. I started coming to Rawmana almost three months ago. It was during a Point in my life where I was in a rut - physically and mentally. A trainer at another gym I went to posted videos of his workouts at Rawmana on Instagram and I was like "I NEED THIS."

In almost three months, I went from 27% body fat to 16%. I went from 167 pounds to 154 pounds. I lost 22 pounds of fat and gained 9 pounds of lean body mass.

Yes the physical transformation is AMAZING! But my mental transformation is just as amazing. Sia at Rawmana not only kicked my butt into gear physically

I went to meet with Sia upon the recommendation of a client of mine. I had seen it before on a TV show and made an appointment with Sia before, but chickened out. Rawmana does an exceptional job in keeping individuals motivated to push through training sessions and to keep returning for more. Rawmana fosters and atmosphere of community and comradery that really helps in pushing you to your limit. The excersises don't take too long but are very intense. After a few months I had much more energy and endurance. I also dropped a couple waist sizes and just felt happier in general. Highly recommend this place.

Going on 8 months now and absolutely love it! This is absolutely the most challenging workout I've done, physically and mentally. I leave each session feeling stronger, accomplished, energized, and looking forward to the next one! The passion every trainer has here is off the charts! Plus the atmosphere is so fun and you feel like you are part of a family, with like minded people surrounding you. Everyone working on their fitness, happiness, and health! I am not a gym person but this place has stole my heart. Rawmana functional gym and excellent personal trainers make this place one of of the kind. You feel like you belong here from the moment you step your foot in the door. I've been going here for a few months and results are fantastic. Of course, you need to be committed, show up and suffer through to see the results. Attention, personal plan based on the goals, and the level or comaderrie and accountability are unprecedented here. Try this place for HIIT and you would not want to do your training anywhere else. It's hard, challenging and addicting

What an awesome place this is! At first I didn't know what to expect but Sia and Tai make you feel like family. I used to think I can eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked out. Man! Did they prove me wrong. I followed the diet and trained 3 times a week. In 2 months my body fat had decreased by 10 percent. Thank you Sia and Tai for pushing me to my limits. I walked into Rawmana fitness a couple of years ago on a whim and the owner, Sia, was there. We started talking and instantly I had a connection with him. Together we figured out exactly what I wanted and he assured me, even though I doubted myself, that we would get there together. Fast forward two months later and not only did I lose 8% body fat, but I also got immensely stronger and fell in love with the Rawmana culture Sia has created through his gym, it's family and friends.

One of my favorite things about Rawmana is that it doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in when you get started. It's not one of those "get into shape so you can be seen at the gym" places. They are supportive, motivating - they'll hold you to the workout, but they are so positive that it is welcoming for all.

Tai is the absolute best trainer! If you're looking for someone who works with you and lives the healthy lifestyle he preaches about then you must come see him. I had trained in group classes before I started with work Tai for personal sessions about 10 weeks before my wedding. In that time I did 3 sessions a week and followed a healthy meal plan. I was able to lose about 14 pounds and a ton of inches! I brought in my wedding dress almost three inches on my waist, 1.5 on my hips and and inch on my thighs. It really made all the difference on the big day... Most importantly I felt confident

I have nothing but great things to say about Rawmana Fitness. It's truly touching to see the heart and commitment that Sia and his team put towards my goal. He made My goal, His goal. IN 5 SHORT weeks, I dropped from 10% down to 3% bodyfat and was stage ready! Every detail was covered from food prep to water intake. Every workout was challenging and I never knew what to expect. I loved being outdoors and shirtless. Having state of the art equipment like hydrostatic body fat testing was impressive. It was awesome to see the fat MELTING away and each time renewed my motivation to keep going

Though my only experiences with the gym have been for hydrostatic body fat testing, the facility is beautiful (albeit small) and the staff have been nothing but a joy to see every two weeks. Very friendly and supportive.

FIND YOUR INNER BEAST! This is the place! If you're not afraid of hard work and sweat this is the place to get you in shape! Awesome staff! You work with the trainers how to stay fit and healthy eating. Follow their meal plan and workouts and you can't go wrong. I was able to lose 26 lbs. in 2 months.

Rawmana Fitness is the only training that helps me lose weight. Once you train here all other gyms will be a bore! Siaosi keeps it fun and exciting. You never know when you're going to run through the canyons!

I was broken, fat and out of excuses. No gym membership in the world could get me to stay motivated but as I was paying money every month to gyms that served me no purpose, I felt a little less guilty because I kept telling myself that "I'll go to the gym tomorrow, I promise." Sooner than later, that "promise" led me to gaining more weight and feeling mentally and physically exhausted. Working with Rawmana made a large impact to my life and has helped me achieve some awesome things that I never thought I could. I am forever grateful for the knowledge Justin has provided me and, more importantly, the empowerment I obtained by working with Rawmana.

Even if you're not interested in personal training at Rawmana, I highly recommend their hydrostatic body fat testing and RMR. These tests give you true numbers to start with and help alter your weight loss approach too.
